Chapter 219 - Chapter 219: The Strongest Charizard

"What are the specific rules of the battle?" Gary asked.

"The specific battle rules are naturally a 1-on-1 duel. As long as you can defeat Charizard under my witness, you can use the Poké Ball to capture it," Liza explained.

The rules are quite simple, but it is very difficult to tame an Elite-level Charizard, even for an Elite Four member.

After all, it's best to start training a Pokémon from a young age.

It is very difficult to tame a powerful Pokémon right away, but Gary, a man with a system, does not have to worry about the taming problem.

"Can I pay with a credit card?" Gary asked.

"Of course, since you insist on taming the Charizard here, come with me."

Liza asked Gary to get on the back of her Charizard and fly directly to the location of Charizard Valley.

Along the way, Liza introduced the history of Charizard Valley to Gary.

The Charizard Valley was created by humans because the people here especially worship Charizard, and a Charizard stone statue was specially built here.

The entire valley is surrounded by rivers, and the interior is all rocky terrain, where fruit trees suitable for growth are planted specifically for the Charizards here to eat.

Over time, a natural Charizard ecological chain has been formed here, and those wild Charizards who pursue strength will come here to compete to see who can become the strongest Charizard.

Soon, Liza brought Gary to the entrance of the Charizard Valley.

There was a huge iron gate at the entrance, obviously man-made.

"Can I pay now?" Gary asked.

"No hurry, I suggest you take a look first before talking about the challenge."

Liza didn't want to cheat the child, so she took out a remote control from her pocket and pressed the button.

The iron gate vibrated and opened outward, revealing a series of orange-red figures, all of them were Charizards, and the Charizards here were all very strong.

It's not like Gary hasn't seen other Charizards before, but the Charizards in the valley are definitely the largest Charizards Gary has ever seen.

"The Charizards here are of a very high level. You'd better think carefully before deciding whether to challenge them," Liza said.

She thought that Gary would probably give up the challenge after seeing the Charizards in the valley.

Gary didn't respond but stared at the Charizards in the valley.

- [LV62 Charizard/Elite]

- [LV62 Charizard/Elite]

- [LV61 Charizard/Elite]

- [LV63 Charizard/Elite]

- [LV63 Charizard/Elite]

The 6 Charizards that caught his eye all had Elite potential and their strengths had reached the Elite level. No wonder Ash's Charizard couldn't beat them.

"Are these all the Charizards in the valley?" Gary asked.

"Of course not, these are just Charizards living on the outskirts of the valley. The closer to the center, the stronger the Charizards are. There are even Charizards that the Elite Four can't do anything to," Liza said.

The Elite Four can't do anything to them!!

Gary was shocked. The Elite Four were incredibly strong. Even the Charizards, who they couldn't do anything against, must have had great potential.

Although the Charizards with Elite potential have reached Gary's current training standard, since there are stronger Charizards, he must take a look.

"Can we go and take a look?" Gary asked.

"Hey, are you listening to me? The Charizards here are very strong. You can't deal with them now. If you want to challenge them, it will be a waste of money," Liza reminded again.

Training Pokémon is very expensive. The challenge fee of 100,000 is not a small amount for ordinary Trainers.

"I understand what you mean, Miss Liza, but if I don't have enough strength, I wouldn't come here, and this little money is nothing to me," Gary said.

Seeing that Gary insisted on challenging, Liza stopped trying to dissuade him.

"Follow me."

Liza led Gary into the center of the valley, where four Charizards lived. One of them had a scar on its eye, and its face looked a bit ferocious.

- [LV64 Charizard/Elite]

- [LV65 Charizard/Elite]

- [LV66 Charizard/Champion]

Finally seeing a Charizard with champion potential, Gary looked around again and asked, "Are there only 10 Charizards in the valley?"

"Why? You think it's too little?" Liza said, "Charizards are not social Pokémon, and most Pokémon live in groups of three or five. There are 10 Charizards here, which is already a lot, and these are all elite Charizards."

Gary nodded, agreeing with Liza's statement.

After all, it takes so long to search for Pokémon in the wild.

It is difficult to find a Pokémon with gym potential in a group, let alone Elite.

The 10 Charizards in Charizard Valley all have potential above Elite.

It is estimated that even if you search the whole world, you may not be able to find them all.

"Miss Liza, I have made up my mind. I will challenge that Charizard." Gary pointed at the Charizard who was taking a nap.

"You are really good at choosing. This Charizard is the strongest Charizard in the valley," Liza said, stunned for a moment.

"Really? Then I really made the right choice. How should I pay?" Gary took out a wallet from his pocket and took out a black card.

Liza, who was about to say something, stopped talking when she saw the black card in Gary's hand.

She immediately took out the card reader, entered the number, and swiped the card directly.

"Okay, I've received the money, you can start fighting that Charizard. Let me tell you first, that Charizard is very strong, even the Elite Four can't easily take it down," Liza kindly reminded.

"Thank you for the reminder, but can you find a wider place?" Gary said, "It's too narrow here, it's not easy to play."

"There is an open space over there, but before that, you should let this Charizard be interested in you first. This Charizard won't attack weak Pokémon," Liza said.

Gary nodded and walked in front of Charizard.

Charizard was taking a nap.

It sensed a strange smell, opened its eyes, and saw that the person coming was a teenager, so it didn't care and continued to take a nap with its eyes closed.

"Charizard, I know you are not asleep. My name is Gary. I am destined to become a Pokémon master in the future. I hope you can help me," Gary said.

Charizard opened its eyes, looked at Gary, then looked at Eevee beside Gary, and turned around and changed its posture, with its back facing Gary and Eevee, obviously looking down on Gary.

"I've said before, if you don't show some strength, this Charizard won't pay attention to you. Release the Pokémon you want to fight," Liza reminded.
