As though being conjured by the air itself, a ripple tore through the atmosphere, casting a dark portal through the fabric of reality.
A wormhole-like projection accompanied with it a stream of powerfully surging aura which swelled like an uncontrollable tempest, its violent essence bursting with even more vigor the larger the portal got.
Just a moment later, it opened up like a mouth, spitting out a screaming child from its dark innards before quickly closing shut just as fast as it opened.
However, there was just one problem.
The portal didn't seem at all interested in offering Trick a gracious landing. Instead, like a bus driver having a bad shift, it nonchalantly spewed him from an awkward area in the air.
CRASH!
Trick felt stings of torturous pain resonate through his entire body the instant he plummeted to the ground with a forceful collision.
"AWWWW!"
