Chapter 136 - 136 Your Daughter Is Amazing! [200 PS]

Thud—!

Kagura Hitomi planted her long-handled hammer into the ground, hands on her hips.

"Phew! Looks like taking care of you wasn't that hard after all."

With a wave of her hand, she summoned the third equipment disc.

This disc contained specialized restraints designed specifically for capturing and subduing Loki.

Loki—the so-called "God of Mischief."

If there was one thing about Loki that posed the greatest threat, it wasn't his magic or strength. It was his mouth.

Yes, he was the true God of Trash Talk.

In the original MCU timeline, Loki used his silver tongue and cunning schemes to manipulate the Avengers, turning them against each other and almost dooming their first mission as a team.

Of course, that same mouth of his also earned him a long list of enemies, all eager to get their revenge.

So, naturally, sealing his mouth shut was the top priority.

Kagura had carefully designed a custom containment unit for Loki—complete with a muzzle.

The third disc slowly opened, revealing a sleek restraint system made from a gold-titanium alloy, reinforced with vibranium support structures.

"Alright, be a good boy and surrender quietly," she smirked, looking down at the fallen Loki. "Do you like your deluxe capture package?"

"Oh… I love it," Loki chuckled, lifting his head slightly. "Flashblade—no, Kagura Hitomi… you're becoming more and more interesting to me."

The moment he finished speaking, his hands suddenly moved, materializing a glowing blue cube out of thin air.

Kagura's golden eyes widened in shock.

She wasn't surprised that Loki could pull objects out of nowhere—she had long accepted that his magic worked in mysterious ways.

But she was surprised that he still had access to this particular artifact.

A blue cube, encased in a white metallic frame, radiating an icy chill that sent shivers down her spine.

At first glance, it resembled the Tesseract, but in reality, it was the Casket of Ancient Winters—an artifact of Jotunheim.

'FWOOOSH—'

Before she could react, a blast of freezing energy shot out from the cube, engulfing her completely.

"Ugh—!"

The temperature dropped instantly.

In the blink of an eye, Kagura was frozen solid.

"Ha! Hahahaha!"

Loki stood up, dusting himself off, his smug grin widening.

He glanced at the Casket of Ancient Winters in his hands before turning back to the ice statue in front of him.

"Not bad, huh? My own special 'Anti-Flashblade Package'! Hope you like it!"

Then, without hesitation, he raised the Scepter of Mind Control high.

"Sorry, kid. You were fun—but farewell!"

Thud—

He swung down with all his might—

CRASH—

The ice shattered into countless fragments, along with Kagura's frozen body.

"...Hmm, do I like it?"

A voice suddenly spoke from behind him.

"I'd say… not at all. Too damn cold!"

"Wh—?!"

BAM—!

Before Loki could even turn around, a massive hammer came flying at his face.

"AAAHHHH!!"

With a loud crack, Loki was sent flying, his head smashing into a concrete pillar—leaving a massive spiderweb of cracks in its surface.

"T-This… this isn't possible…!"

Loki groaned, struggling to get up.

He pointed at the shattered ice on the ground, his face filled with disbelief.

"But you were right there!"

When he looked closer, however, all that remained of the ice was a faint trace of blue energy.

"Hehe!"

Kagura playfully stuck out her tongue.

"Come on, clones aren't exclusive to you, you know?"

"Tch… Fine! Then I'll just freeze you again!"

Loki gritted his teeth and activated the Casket once more—

BOOM—

But before he could, Kagura vanished from sight.

All that remained in her place was a powerful shockwave, blasting out in all directions.

FWOOOSH—

In an instant, she reappeared right behind him.

Her hammer transformed, extending into a glowing blue energy blade—until it became a massive greatsword, etched with luminous runes.

CLANG—

Loki reacted just in time, spinning around and blocking her strike with the Mind Scepter.

Sparks flew as their weapons clashed, sending violent shockwaves rippling through the battlefield.

BOOOOM—

The impact sent dust and debris flying, leaving yet another deep crack in the ground.

"Wow, a hammer and a greatsword?" Loki scoffed.

"You sure like your fancy tricks, huh?"

CLICK—

Before he could finish, the restraint system suddenly sprang to life, wrapping around Loki's arms from behind—locking his wrists in place.

The device, modeled after Tony Stark's Iron Man armor, expanded in layers, gradually restricting Loki's movements joint by joint.

"Don't underestimate a god!"

Loki roared, straining against the restraints.

To his credit, even though he wasn't known for brute strength, he was still a Frost Giant.

Restraining him with Earth's technology alone wasn't going to hold forever.

"Ugh, I hate doing the same thing twice!"

Kagura pouted, puffing out her cheeks.

She stepped forward, raising her sword again—ready to knock him out cold this time.

But Loki wasn't done yet.

Just as she swung, he broke free just enough to fire off a pulse of energy from his Mind Scepter—

CLANG—

A vibranium shield suddenly intercepted the blast, reflecting it right back at him.

BOOM—

The energy pulse struck Loki, sending him crashing back down.

"Whoa—thanks, Mr. Rogers!"

Kagura grinned as she turned to the newcomer.

"I thought I was about to take a hit there!"

"Apologies for the delay, Miss Flashblade," Steve Rogers said as he stood up, dusting off his shield. "Looks like you nearly had him already."

"Almost!"

"Well, let's finish the job."

CLANG—

Steve slammed his shield into Loki's face just as he tried to stand up.

"AAAHH!!"

Loki howled in pain.

"Oof. That looked like it hurt!"

Kagura smirked, watching from the side.

"Hold him down," she called. "If he stops struggling, my restraints can fully lock him up!"

"Got it."

Steve stepped forward, ready to deliver another strike.

But Loki, ever the trickster, sneered:

"Oh, Captain America—the outdated soldier, still fighting yesterday's war. Do you really think two people can defeat me?"

"Two?" Steve smirked. "Oh no, there's way more than two of us."

A loud rock anthem suddenly blared through the battlefield's speakers.

From above, a red-and-gold figure descended, landing with a classic superhero pose.

Iron Man rose to his feet, aiming a full arsenal of weapons directly at Loki.

"Try moving again, Bambi, I dare you."

"Ah… the Avengers."

Loki sighed dramatically.

"Perhaps… this is the part where I surrender?"

"Smart choice," Tony smirked. Then he turned to Steve and raised an eyebrow.

"By the way, Cap… your daughter is pretty badass."

"D-Daughter?!"

"I am NOT!" Kagura's face turned bright red.

"Stop making things up Mr. Stark!"
