Sonic: What should I say to Amy about this?
Sonic says as he looks at the small 5 or 6 month old kid he has lifted in his arms, the kid looks like a image of him with stripes of pink in its future, the kid giggles cutely and tries to grab onto Sonic.
Infinite: This kid looks more of your kid than I can say, even the face matches *floats closer and strokes the kid's chin* even i couldn't expect this.
Sonic and infinite are now walking out of the ruins with the kid in hand and the master emerald on Sonic's back. Soon they reached the surface and Olivia jumps from the a small jet she has just came in.
Olivia: Sonic, we are do-*her mind short circuits* w-d-h-dowah. *Falls onto ground*
From the side rex walks in and sees Olivia falling onto the ground and panics, soon his eyes turns to Sonic and then the child in his hands.
Rex: Eh? *Slowly walks closer and grabs the child from Sonic's hands, he eyes turns to meet Sonic's and he asks* Brother when did you have a child?
Sonic: It's not mine. *Grabs his forehead* I found it in a lab.
Olivia: *slowly stands up* Can you atleast make up a good lie? That child looks exactly like you. Give him here.
Olivia takes the child from Rex and begins playing with him, the child giggles in happiness and soon falls asleep grabbing onto Olivia's hair.
Olivia: aww. So precious.
Soon the other blades came and most of them had the same reaction as Rex while a certain fox who also just arrived in a shuttle also lunges for the baby and begins snuggling with it alongside Olivia.
Sonic: This gonna be a headache.

A week has passed since his victory on treum, the entire capital city of the empire has begin the process of rebuilding. Sonic has been crowned king after the king's advisors brought out a pre-recorded voice message from the former king to pass the rule of the empire to Sonic.
He is currently standing in a chamber with a giant green gem in the middle and the ruby on top of it.
Sonic: Almost there... Finally.
Sonic has just finished configuring the master emerald to a giant circular mechanism on the wall, after over a week worth of time Sonic has finally managed to create the thing he needed.
Sonic: Just one final touch and... Done.
The chaos energy of the emerald soars and connects with the mechanism, the space distorted and with help of caliburn and infinite who are controlling the emeralds, the gateway opens.
Chaos energy and mana burst into world and soon begin filling the surroundings.
Sonic: It seems we succeeded.. a first try as well.
Sonic passes through the portal to find himself in similar place he came many years ago, the angel islands. A figure bashes through the gates and arrives inside.
Knuckles: Who dar-... Sonic?
Sonic: *waves hand* How you been Knuckles? It's been almost two and half years.
Knuckles: *relaxed his muscles and took a deep breath* Can you not come after a message? I thought rogue broke in again.
Sonic: *scratches his head* I wanted to surprise everyone, I will be leavi-
Knuckles: They aren't at the kingdom.
Sonic looks at Knuckles all confused and stops in his tracks.
Sonic: Not at the kingdom? Then where?
Knuckles doesn't say anything but just gestures for Sonic to come, with a quick burst of power knuckles flashes past the gates.
Sonic: He seems to have reached tier 3. He is better than expected.
He follows Knuckles across the island before reaching some sort of house, it is 3 stories tall and looks brand new. Knuckles stops in front of it and opens the gate.
Knuckles: You might like this.
Sonic follows knuckles inside and sits on the sofa of the living room, Knuckles then turned on the TV and turned to a sports channel.
Announcer: The grand prix is on and the racers are going head to head with each other, king sonic just overtook Jet and seems to be trying to pass Shadow as well. But shadow just took the booster path and maintains his first place, miss blaze and Amy seems to going toe to toe with each other and silver is trying to-
Sonic: What is this?
Knuckles: Apparently robotnik funded for a grand tournament for gear racing. Jet challenged sonic for a bet over a item called ark of cosmod and others decided to join in on the fun for once.
Sonic: Then why are you here alone?
Knuckles: Because of you.. *annoyed* I felt fluctuations on the emerald and dropped out mid tournament and rushed over here. I am supposed to race in after 2 hours but i don't think i can.
Sonic turns his brain gears and comes up with a plan, he calls out infinite who is still near the ruby.
Sonic: 'can you guard the emerald until we come back?'
Infinite: No problem... But bring me a some good food when you come back.
Sonic: 'Okay' let's go. I told infinite to guard the emerald. Give me the directions.
Sonic quickly grabs knuckles and full speeds out of the island, dragging Knuckles in the air behind.

Guard: Huh? Mister knuckles and?
Knuckles: He is with me, make way quick.
Guard : Right away.
Knuckles and Sonic quickly make their way to the preparation room, sonic has put on a mask and a cloak and disabled his bloodlines as per the competition rules. The room is empty with just a bunch of gears and staff cleaning the mess. They pick one each and dash towards the race start.
Announcer: It seems Mister knuckles has not yet comeback.. but since it is over the waiting time, let's beg- *mumbling* Good news everyone, mister knuckles and a friend of his has joined for the race, here they come.
Sonic and Knuckles join into the hundreds of participants and activate their gears.
Announcer: Now that all participants are here, let's begin.. the second race of opening session.
The race begins as everyone begin going full speed, Sonic and Knuckles avoid a bunch of amateurs who crashed as soon as the race begins and trailed across the track.
Sonic: 'who let these idiots in?' *jumps into a boost and grabs a holographic box after jumping from a ramp. He got a gp boost and instantly used it.*
Sonic dashes across the track,collecting rings and used his boost just as Knuckles got ahead and stole a item box right in front of him.
Unknown to Sonic, someone else just managed to see through his disguise.
???: Is that.. Sonic?
Announcer: Looks like participant Nizo has just overtaken Knuckles again and maintains his position. Who is this guy to have better reflexes than the guardian of angel islands... It seem- Participant shade has just activated her boost and overtaken Nizo.
Just as she passes him, shade looks back at Sonic for second before activating her grind mode, Sonic doesn't sit still and also activates the air gear while Knuckles activates bike mode and blasts through obstacles. Behind them victor, espio and charmy are going head to head with each other while cream is teasing Robotnik as they compete for the spots.
