The night has fall and the weather become rainy, Yohan who drove to the other city reach the airport in an hour. The flight back should be at 11. Yohan look at the big clock seeing it is almost 10 "it's still early"
But not much time after all the flights got delayed
"Are they serious?" Rain said annoyed
"Till the storm stops?" Yohan read the announcement he searched for his phone "my phone" he asked and Rain remember he was taking it hostage giving it back, Yohan searched for the weather to see that the storm will stay till morning "no point of waiting" he showed the news to Rain who grimaced with...
"Let me book a hotel"
Yohan clear his throat informing "we can stay at my house here in Wesvil"
Rain look at him then close the phone not arguing with the idea
Back to the car he rented, Yohan again drives in the city of Wesvil knowing every corner of it, the rain got heavy and the lightening was hitting repeatedly, he stopped by a security barrier in front of a building and the security man comes to the car window with his umbrella and flash light checking who is stopping by the entrance
"Oh Doctor Lex, welcome back"
He said and pointed to someone to get the barrier open, Yohan drives inside a garage where he parked with "let's go" and gets down seeing Rain silently followed him to the elevator where he clicked the 4th floor, and when they arrive there was 2 doors and Yohan went to the one on the right putting a password and the door got open.
"I didn't come here since I left the city" Yohan said opening the lights "but I let someone to take care of it"
The place was a small apartment but also very clean and tidy, Rain took off his shoes looking at the simple home like furniture. He saw Lex going inside opening the rest of the lights around while speaking
"You can use this room"
Rain heard him saying near a door, he nodded walking first in the small living room seeing a picture of a woman, a man and their child on a bicycle "is this you?" Rain said taking the picture looking closely at it
Yohan look at him with "yes" he then enter to another door there with "I have some extra clothes, I think they will fit you well"
Rain followed him where he was at to see a very small room but it was full of things, a 1 person bed, a small desk, so many medical books, and a wall full of pictures of graduation and vacations from different ages. Rain walk to that wall seeing the pictures in high school, and college "so this is your real life..."
Yohan looks at him with some clothes between his arms, sure this room he made as a decoy for any question about his past while he lives here "I guess" he gave him the clothes "now is real too no?"
Rain took the clothes looking at him "why did you join the Mafia? Your life looks happy"
Yohan smiled awkwardly "they have perfect resources for my research"
Rain grimaced hearing that and walk to the second room inside that small house, he saw the room was also clean and tidy, having a picture of the two adults from the picture outside at the living room, he thought that it must be his parents room "is your parents around?"
"No, out of the country" He heard him replying from the other room
wanting to shower Rain closed the room door for some privacy, taking off his coat and took the clothes going in to do so. Once he finished he came out drying his hair with a towel, and open the door peaking in the next room. He walks there seeing the other fully a sleep on his bed with his wet hair thinking that he was tired driving all the time.
He closed the lights then the door going back to that room, jumping on the bed under the blanket trying to sleep but not more than 10 minutes passed the loud sudden thunder made him raise up to a sitting position looking at the window with a trembling heart
Knock, Knock, Knock
He heard a knocking on the door and he asked "Lex is that you?"
"Em"
He heard as a yes "come in"
That when he saw the other coming from the door dragging his blanket with a closed sleepy eyes and throw it on the floor then throw his body on it.
"What are you doing?"
Yohan answered in a sleepy way "there is a storm, aren't you scared to be alone? I will sleep here"
Rain heart skip a beat hearing that, remembering that night 5 years ago. Seeing how Lex was feeling so sleepy to the point he was already in the dream land right after that sentence, he couldn't argue with him allowing him to sleep there, Rain leans back on the bed but this time he was sleeping at the edge looking at the ground where the other was sleeping soundly.
----------// the next morning
Yohan woke up feeling a phone vibrating, feeling his back hurt from the hard floor "damn" he said pushing himself up looking at Rain still sleeping at the bed, he unconsciously smiled seeing how he looks so innocent and handsome while asleep but searched his pockets to take his phone. Seeing the number that was calling he made an 'o' then answered walking outside of the room.
A little after Rain opened his eyes hearing a door closing sound, he scanned the room seeing that it was having no one but him, he look at the ground and neither the blanket or Lex was there, he took his phone looking at the hour thinking he should be on his way to take the plane "did he left without me?" he wondered then make himself ready leaving.
Reaching the building gates his eyes landed on Lex standing there waiting, he was about to go to him but stopped when he saw a motorcycle stopping by and frown seeing who was the biker when he took off his helmet, it was Doug.
"LEX" Doug said excited throwing his helmet on the ground and going to Yohan hugging him dearly "I missed you so much"
Yohan himself was surprised at that sudden hug "well it is just a couple of months and you already acting like this?"
Doug pulled off the hug with "if it is a year I would act like this" he said getting his face near Yohan's who steps back knowing his teasing, but before he could reply with 'I get it' he saw a hand pushing Doug's face away of him.

But Rain ignored him looking at Lex "don't we have a plane to catch"
Yohan was surprised of Rain reaction, if he was living in a delusion he would say that was jealousy, but knowing what he saw yesterday he is more like hating the Rogues including Doug. "Yea, we do, but I will stick around for today, I left the car keys with the security for you to drive to the airport"
Rain grimaced looking at him then looks at Doug who walks to his motorcycle and take out the extra helmet putting it on Yohan head "let's go, thinking you spent the night with him is getting me angry"
Yohan scoffs with "like we will do something"
Doug shrugs taking his helmet from the ground "just by looking at your pretty face and weak body I will try to do a lot of things to you and you can't defend yourself"
Rain rolled his eyes at that 'weak body' and 'can't defend yourself' sure that doctor acted so useless around Doug, not knowing he can hold that heavy baseball bat like nothing, he look at the other who was hiding his smile while looking at him like he already knows what he was thinking about "we will go" Lex said to him and Rain nodded seeing the two getting on that motorcycle and left in a loud engine voice.

"I mean just think about it, all of them were having the same problem…"
Orthrus was walking with Yuki who was speaking about what happened at her work
"…It felt like a hidden camera I swear"
Orthrus laughed with her when his eyes landed on Yohan passing by "em? Dr. Lex!"
Yohan turned looking at the two "hey guys!" he stopped since the two are coming to his direction "how is everything?" he more like asked Yuki who didn't speak with him after that day. But Yuki nodded with a forced smile as an answer and Yohan know she is still feeling uncomfortable around him. "I will be leaving first" and he turns to leave
"Where to?"
But Orthrus asked him and he stopped smiling a fake smile to Orthrus so maybe he won't be asking this question again "you know…"
"I don't"
Yohan felt defeated of his sudden stupidity "our plan"
That was when Orthrus gasp "THE NIGHT CLUB" making some of the people around look at him and Yohan looks down in embarrassment, Orthrus looked at Yuki "I promised to take you to dinner yet I made plans with Yohan!"
Yohan shake his head knowing it isn't a big deal "it is fine I will go alone"
"Ow" Yuki looks at Orthrus sorry face then at 'Dr. Lex' "we can have dinner another time"
"No" Yohan know he can go alone and do a fine job "I insist I can go alone, see you later" he wanted to leave again but heard Yuki saying this time…
"I can go to the night club too" she didn't want to ruin the other plan but both said a "what?" at the same time making her feels uncomfortable "what you two don't want me to?"
"Not at all!" Orthrus said panicking "it is just we don't think it is a place you should go to! It is a night club after all"
Yuki smiled looking at Orthrus "I do go to night clubs since I was in school! And since Dr. Lex here desperately wants to go even if he is alone we can go with him and have our dinner after, that way you won't be feeling bad for ditching one of us"
Both stayed silent
"So we are going or not?"
"Sure, let's go!" Orthrus answered then looks at Yohan who was looking back at him clearly not liking that confirmation he gave but having no solution left he accept the idea walking away first with…
"You will drive"
Orthrus smiled awkwardly knowing he fucked things up "yes sir!"
