A man sat on the stairs, relaxing. He let out a breath.
"Sigh… I understand my abilities a bit now. Besides the basic superhuman power-up I got, I still don't know how strong I really am. The pillars around here feel indestructible when I punched one, I didn't feel hurt so durability is fine I guess, though on the other hand speed is the only thing I got a feel for…"
He paused and leaned back a little, a small grin tugging at the corners of his mouth., staring off at the void.
"I'd say I'm as fast as Toji? Hmm… actually, I don't know. Maybe not. Or maybe yeah. Either way… I'm fast as fuck, boi. Heh."
He let the thought linger for a moment, his gaze drifting to the Crystal above. His shoulders relaxed slightly, a tired chuckle escaping him.
He stretched his arms behind him and looked up. "Okay, let's break this down. What exactly do I have?"
- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
1.) Mold or Reshape -
"It's close but it's not exactly shapeshifting," he muttered, kneeling in the clear and transparent water as faint ripples danced around him.
He stared at his hand, fingers curling slowly. It still looked like him. Familiar. But something inside felt... off. Not wrong, just—different. As if the very idea of who he was had tilted slightly, unnoticeably, until now.
"It's like... I'm not changing my body—I'm changing the concept of me. Just a little. Just enough."
He pressed his palm against his chest, feeling his heartbeat over. "I wanted to be stronger… not for power, just... to not crumble. To not feel hopeless like before and something heard me. Like the system, or whatever's left of it, responded in its own way. And now… I think I am stronger. Not visibly. Not clearly. But… fundamentally." A breath escapes him.
"It's slow. Unclear. Not like snapping fingers and getting clear results." His eyes drifted up toward the crystal tower glowing above.
"This power… It doesn't give things. It listens. It nudges. If I want to be sharper, it makes me just a bit more aware. If I need to endure, suddenly pain feels duller. But it's never perfect. It's not fast. Not loud. It's like wishing for something but it gives only things to overcome that trial."
He laughed, quiet and dry.
"Honestly, I don't get it. I don't control it, not yet. I just… resonate. A little. Enough to shift the weight of what I am, enough to keep enduring, to persevere." He let the words sit with him for a moment, taking in the meaning of it all. He hadn't really asked for this power; it just came. But in some way, it was exactly what he needed. "Okay, next is."
2.) Concept Vessel -
"Whether it's a cruel joke or not," he said softly, voice barely more than a breath, "I became what they wanted. A vessel."
There was no monster in front of him. No grand revelation or divine decree. Just… stillness. A silence so vast it echoed with truths he didn't know he knew.
"I can't explain it. There's no proof. No guide. But somewhere inside—I feel it. That I can… contain things. Not just objects or energy. Concepts."
He touched his chest lightly, unsure if he was comforting himself or trying to confirm that he was still there.
"It's like... if fear took shape, or rage, or despair—like something born from the weight of human thought—I could take it in. Absorb it. And make it mine."
A pause.
"It's not clean. It's not noble. It's devouring. Something inside me whispers that if the right thing came close, I'd instinctively swallow it. And then… I'd be stronger. Changed."
He glanced at his hand. Still the same. But somehow heavier.
"There's no how. No why. Just... this feeling. This connection. And I know—I know—that I wasn't built for this by accident. Sigh, I don't even get to care about my existential crisis right now, just that I need and will survive and hopefully thrive as well... Okay, next."
3.) Multiverse Travel -
"When I touched the Crystal... I don't fully understand how it works, but I know one thing for sure: the Crystal gives me the ability or access to travel through the multiverse. It's as if a thousand doors exist just beyond my reach, each one leading to a different world—anime, games, stories, even things I haven't heard of yet. The possibilities feel endless.
But there's a catch. I can't seem to be able to visit the original versions of those worlds. I tried once to select an original world for some descriptions of that world, but it's like something invisible holds me back. There's a force—a combination of 'Natural,' 'Real,' 'Unknown,' 'Plot,' and 'Author'—a kind of conceptual shield that stops me from entering the true realm of these worlds.
It's strange, but I've come to terms with it. Maybe it's for the best. After all, what's stopping me from exploring those worlds that are infinitely close to the originals? They might not be the same, but... they're close enough. And in this vast, endless multiverse, maybe close enough is all I need."
"And that's all that I gained from that partial power I took for being the vessel with a freebie of some wider knowledge about the factions of the multiverse." he stood up and looked at the empty void." Since I already know what I have, it's time to decide who I am... An Identity, A name. Something that will represent who I am, and after these unknown amount of time I spent and knowing, understanding my powers, I decided that no matter what my Essence... Me, I shall be unchanged and be free from being corrupted and that's why from this moment forth, this empty void shall be the audience to my birth! I am and shall be now known as Nirvikar!"
He took a deep breath, letting the weight of it all settle into his chest. "That name will represent that no matter what, I'm me. And that's not changing. Now, Let's see where this goes. Time to pick my world."
And with that decision he took to the stairs.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"…Uhhhhh."
He paused halfway up, scratching his head.
"After all that talk and motivation… am I really going to be like this, like the old average me?"
A dry laugh escaped him.
"Shit, man. I'm nervous. And a bit scared."
He sighed.
"Okay… let's remember my options. And why I picked them."
His eyes narrowed with resolve.
"Jujutsu Kaisen. Chainsaw Man. Fire Force. Noragami. Rakudai Kishi. Soul Eater. Death Parade. All of them have power systems that line up with mine. Things I can work with. Things I need... to matter. To become strong. To become a player in this game."
"They have concepts I could take in or to vessel in and I know that I can play it safe like wait for forever here and keep using my Reshape ability to slowly make myself as strong as Saitama but can I endure this lonely and desolate world? no, and even if I could I will not be strong mentally, I will be just another crybaby with power and that's why to become something more, I will risk myself." Touching the crystal, a myriad of stars shaped like a marble expanded into existence. Reaching out to some of them he controlled and pull out 7 marbles.
"This marbles represent a world and a universe, with it I can check for their information and what deviated from the original." Touching a blue and red marble filled with energy that felt cursed a panel popped up next to it.

Letting the bunch of marbles back to the panel, he took a cursed red and black Marble.
