Liam said and when it comes to last sentence, he saw that she was happy but hearing that he will never abandon other women's, Lana come back to her senses while looking at him annoyingly.

Liam smiled and replied "Yes, I am."
He naturally knows why she is calling him idiot, it's because he should have just said that he won't gonna abandon her and mom but he included other women's too.
However for her sentence, he agreed.
He is idiot for them but if any other person said the same thing, then it would depend on his mood what to do with person.
