The Rath continent was an extremely large one,with many countries inhabiting it's landscapes.
Though the Zanpala Country was just one of them,it was not a small country.
The country also had many cities,not less than 40,with New Alexandria being one of the relatively small cities amongst them.
Kailen's video may not have managed to travel extremely wide and far across the continent to other countries on the continent, however the fact that he had managed to make himself known amongst netizens across the country from an extremely small city of Zanpala country with just a single video was an extremely tyrannical feat. Of course, not everyone was a social media person so many still did not know about him .
Also there were people who were more interested in focusing on increasing their strength than watching others who were doing so, so they would not be informed of such matters.
