EMMA
I slowly opened my eyes, taking in my surroundings. I was lying on the floor, my head resting on the bed.
I must have fallen asleep like that, crying the previous night. My mind was still spinning from the thoughts of my family and Olivia's condition.
I heard a knock on the door, and Keila's voice called out, "Lady Emma, I noticed you didn't come down for dinner last night. I hope you will have breakfast?"
I didn't respond, still trying to shake off the sleep. But the knocking persisted, and Keila added, "Okay, I will be expecting you downstairs for breakfast."
I slowly stood up, my body aching from sleeping on the floor. I did my morning routine, trying to shake off the sadness that had been weighing me down.
As I walked out of the bathroom, I couldn't help but be shocked by how magnificent it was.
