Blaring red alerts sound out from the speakers of the central control room of The International Extermination Legion's Headquarters. As the Northern front of Blagoevgrad have been broken through by a concerningly large amount of infected Eldritch Contagion, and from the body cams of the fallen T.I.E.L Marines, some of the infected were elites and evolved, but the must concerning factor was the reappearance of one of the Nine Calamities, Void Swarm. The last time the Void Swarm appeared, it with it's army of infected wiped out half of China and left the rest in ruins and shambles as the surviving civilians of China fought each other for what remained of scarce resources.
Thus, this situation is a severe one mainly due to the severe consequences, like the destruction of the entirety of what's left of EU and the possible destruction of Africa. As the Head of T.I.E.L, Viktor Zashchitnikov watches in terror as the number of death tolls rapidly increases and stops. Thus, Victor commands the operatives of T.I.E.L to call in all available agents but only one answered back, Rafael Estruendo, El Maestro de la Tempestad or The Master of the Tempest.
"Commander Victor, we have received a return call from General Rafael....." one of the Operatives says with their voice slowly turning into disappointment.
Commander Victor sighs in disappointment as he replies with "We'll take what we can get...."
With that said, the main screen in the control center shifts to a tropical beach and the fabled General Rafael Estruendo wearing a Hawaiian shirt which is not buttoned and Hawaiian shorts, as his long braided ponytail colored white with yellow accents falls to the side of the lawn chair, as replies from his lawn chair with a lazy and bored tone "You called?"
The commander looks at Rafael with a serious look and says in a serious and commanding tone "You know why we called, you must have felt the deaths of your 𝙠𝙞𝙣. You are to complete the extermination of all the Eldritch Contagion infected in the city of Blagoevgrad. No 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀. Commander out." as the intermission ends.
When the intermission with the T.I.E.L hq ended, the hologram of the commander disappears into a silicon like object behind Rafael. As Rafael slowly stands up from his lawn chair and says "I guess it's time to get back to work, yeah~" said in a sarcastic tone. Rafael's long but braided into a pony tail white hair with yellow accents flow elegantly with the breeze of the ocean. As he slowly walks back towards his Luxurious Beach House, his Hawaiian shirt flows with the wind to reveal his chiseled body.
Once reaching into his house, he goes towards the basement door and types in the password to enter the basement. Once that is done, he switch out of his Hawaiian outfit into his battle suit, the armor blends a gothic, medieval aesthetic with futuristic elements, featuring sleek, angular plates that appear both ancient and technologically advanced. The dark metallic finish is interlaced with glowing golden circuitry-like patterns that pulse with energy, suggesting a fusion of electricity and high-tech design. The helmet has a mesh-like visor reminiscent of advanced tactical gear, while the jagged pauldrons and segmented chest plates evoke a sense of otherworldly craftsmanship. The tattered black cloak contrasts with the armor's futuristic glow, adding an air of mystery and battle-worn resilience.
With wearing his armor done, he goes and arms himself with his signature guandao, the long, sturdy shaft is forged from dark, metallic material, adorned with glowing golden patterns resembling flowing energy circuits. The blade is broad and crescent-shaped, with jagged edges that radiate fiery golden light, as if imbued with golden electricity. Intricate carvings of mythical symbols run along the blade's surface, blending traditional Chinese artistry and Spanish artistry with a high-tech aesthetic. The weapon's design balances grace and lethality, making it a fitting tool for a General such as himself.
Once he has done arming himself, Rafael head towards the roof of his house, where his own personal helicopter is stationed with two pilots waiting for him to board onto the helicopter. Once boarded, the engines of the helicopter came to life as the blades start turn faster and faster till the helicopter is lifted up into the air and starts to fly towards the designated battlefield.
