Qin Yi understood Uchiha Madara deeply— he knew the man's heart and his ambitions.
Within Konoha, Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama stood as polar opposites. One was a hawk, the other a dove.
Hashirama sought peace through diplomacy and unity, while Madara believed true peace could only be achieved through war— by forcibly uniting the fractured ninja world.
This fundamental difference was the root of their conflict, and when Madara deciphered the Uchiha stone tablet, it only pushed him further down his chosen path.
Yet, the tablet was a deception, leading him toward an entirely different destiny.
Qin Yi found himself aligned with Madara's ideology. Though radical, his reasoning was sound. A unified nation was the only way to establish lasting peace. If war was necessary to achieve that, then so be it. He was prepared to engulf the entire Hokage world, including the Five Great Nations, under the banner of the Nation of Qin.
And once all of that belonged to the Qin Nation, peace would naturally follow.
Madara, having spent time in the Nation of Qin, had witnessed its strength firsthand. He understood its principles and the true potential of unification.
However, peace born from conquest required unimaginable power and sacrifice. The first and greatest obstacle to their vision was none other than his former friend and rival— Senju Hashirama.
Thus, Madara chose to leave. He had his own plans, ones he was not yet willing to share with Qin Yi.
After a discussion with Gandalf, Qin Yi turned his attention to preparations for the upcoming Five Kage Summit, scheduled to take place in half a month.
"The Kage attire should primarily feature light purple, with the six-pointed star of our nation emblazoned on the cloak."
"The participants will be myself and the Three Generals."
"Gandalf will oversee internal affairs in our absence."
"With these arrangements, there should be no issues."
After reviewing everything thoroughly in his mind, Qin Yi nodded in satisfaction, ensuring there were no oversights before issuing his orders.
As the summit approached, the Three Generals intensified their training, preparing for any possible confrontations.
Meanwhile, Qin Yi secluded himself, meticulously studying the scroll Madara had left for him.
Compared to the previous one, this scroll was far more intricate.
It contained a vast array of Ninjutsu, techniques, and insights— almost an encyclopedia of the Naruto World's shinobi arts.
"This must be Madara's entire collection, even including some of the Uchiha clan's secret techniques!"
This was a clear sign that Madara's attitude toward him had shifted— perhaps a growing recognition of Qin Yi's strength and potential.
Armed with this knowledge, Qin Yi could now refine and innovate upon existing Ninjutsu, molding them to suit his vision.
His eyes gleamed with confidence as he immersed himself in study.
…
Half a month passed in the blink of an eye.
On this day, Konoha's shinobi arrived on the shores of the Nation of Qin.
Leading them was the same team as before— Team Suna.
The four-man team disembarked from their boat, immediately on high alert as they entered the dense forest.
"Wait. Something's wrong."
Suna's heart pounded as he scanned the surroundings.
The forest was eerily quiet, sunlight filtering through the canopy in scattered beams. Yet beneath the stillness lurked a chilling undercurrent of killing intent.
"Who goes there? State your identity!"
A voice rang out from the shadows.
"We are Konoha shinobi, here to seek an audience with your Daimyo," Suna called back after a brief hesitation.
He was certain they had entered the territory of the Nation of Qin, but the presence of these unfamiliar shinobi was unsettling.
"Swish, swish, swish!"
Figures emerged from the foliage— an elite squad of shinobi, clad in armor and armed with short blades at their waists.
On their foreheads, arms, or waists, they bore the insignia of the six-pointed star.
"Konoha Shinobi? You seek an audience with the Daimyo of the Nation of Qin?"
The squad leader eyed the four visitors with curiosity before speaking.
"Yes. And you are?" Suna hesitated.
"I am a Shinobi of the Nation of Qin. Follow me; without a guide, you won't make it through this forest."
The captain gestured to the insignia on his forehead as proof of his identity before turning away casually.
Suna's heart sank. The implication was clear— there were likely many such Shinobi stationed throughout the forest, forming an unseen but lethal defensive perimeter.
The guide leaped ahead, and Suna motioned for his team to follow closely.
As they moved through the dense woodland, Suna could sense that nearly every short distance was occupied by another team of hidden Shinobi. Their presence exuded a palpable killing intent— elite warriors, without a doubt.
Upon entering the central village, Suna was taken aback by the bustling atmosphere.
"This is the Nation of Qin?"
"Yes, this is our homeland," The captain said with pride.
In less than four months, under the rule of His Majesty, this nation had risen from obscurity to power. But more than its military strength, it was the unity of its people that was its greatest asset.
In the QinKage Office, Qin Yi was already prepared. He wore a black short-sleeved shirt and long pants, with gloves and a cloak bearing the six-pointed star draped over his back. A short blade rested at his waist, and a straw hat topped his head.
"To blend in with local customs, your robe has been kept in the capital of Qin's Nation," Qin Lin remarked with a smile.
Qin Yi stretched, finding the attire comfortable and fitting. It carried a refined yet commanding presence.
He had always admired Namikaze Minato's neat and practical attire from the original Naruto world. His own clothing had been adapted with subtle modifications— purple six-pointed stars embroidered along the edges, lending it an air of mystery.
At that moment, a guard entered and saluted.
"Konoha's Shinobi have arrived."
"Konoha's Shinobi? They must be here to inform us that the time has come."
Qin Yi nodded. "Let them in."
He seated himself at his desk, the Three Generals standing solemnly at his side.
Before long, Suna and his team were led into the QinKage Office by the Shinobi captain.
With each step they took, their astonishment deepened.
They had passed a Shinobi academy within the village— its scale rivaled that of Konoha's own!
'Unbelievable. If this truly was the Nation of Qin founded by that man, how had it grown so exponentially in such a short time? The rapid transformation of this country was nothing short of miraculous.'
If not for this mission, Suna would have never believed such a nation could emerge at this speed.
Moreover, upon stepping into the QinKage Office, they were immediately met with dozens of piercing gazes. The sheer presence of these warriors made them feel immense pressure, forcing them to remain on guard.
Experts. In just three months, this nation had produced an overwhelming number of formidable Shinobi.
"Lord QinKage."
The moment they entered, Suna and his team respectfully bowed.
Seeing Qin Yi again, any remnants of past disdain vanished. In its place was solemn reverence.
Moments ago, Suna had sensed it— the man before him had already reached the level of a Jōnin. And the three standing beside him? They too were Jōnin!
All he could feel at this moment was shock, disbelief— even vertigo.
In just three months, this country had developed to rival some of the most powerful minor Shinobi villages!
What secrets did this nation hold?!
