As the boy clapped lightly, Schnee's shoulders slumped. Her face darkened as she stared at her feet.
"And so what? Why would I have to die for total strangers? I wrote letter after letter, did I not? Why would it be my fault if they ignored a Judge's warning?" She raised her head again, her hand on her chest. "Many of them, actually! 121! I sent 121 warnings, and all of them were ignored! This?! Is this supposed to be because of me too?! But of course! I should have gone there myself to die without being able to save anyone!"
