Walking through the last hole Cordayl went flying through, King Juulian hears Cordayl clapping before he sees him.
Walking into view, Cordayl's is very fired up. "Look at you. You're completely changed. It's not the most impressive transformation I've seen, but it is the most surprising. I wonder how many people your scientist killed and tortured for you to get that little boost. But It still won't help you." Cordayl says, running in to clash with the king.
The two collide fists, and the shock of the impact sends a massive wave of energy erupting through the area. Then, the two strike at each other again, only to have their fists crash into each other's once again, causing the same effect.
It looks like the two are playing a martial arts form of bloody knuckles, as they each punch the other's punch, kicking the other's kicks.
In actuality, Cordayl is predicting each of the king's attacks and is countering each of the attacks with the same one to see if the king has actually gotten stronger.
The two lock hands again, their strain to overpower the other, starting to crack the earth below them. Staring at each other, with a heated intensity that could boil a thousand pots of noodles,
Cordayl is smirking, almost smiling. He is enjoying this fight so much. King Juulian takes this as disrespect and yells as he delivers a head butt that Cordayl eagerly matches.
The head-on collision causes both parties to fly away in opposite directions.
King Juulian skids to a halt, using his newfound strength to erase the backwards momentum. Cordayl flows with the momentum and flips and twirls to a stop. Opening his eyes and showing that cocky smirk
"Now, this is a fight! I'll count that first round in the castle as a warm-up." Cordayl says, tying his hair back. "You definitely have a good amount of strength on you. Let's test your speed." Cordayl says, disappearing in a blink.
King Juulian is confused, suddenly losing sight of Cordayl, until he appears in front of him about to deliver a punch to his midsection. King Juulian quickly counters, throwing his heavy fist out first, but Cordayl isn't there anymore.
Reappearing above him, Cordayl tries to come down hard on the king's head with a gravity-enhanced axe kick. The King surprisingly stops the kick from landing, and yells as he throws Cordayl off of him.
Cordayl flips away, but as soon as one toe touches the ground, he propels himself forward so fast that King Juulian doesn't register he's gotten punched until he realizes he is looking at the sky.
Cordayl isn't finished yet. Back on the ground, Cordayl quickly starts to unleash a barrage of combos upon the king so fast all you can see is a blur around the king. King Juulian drops to a knee, still getting beat up.
In anger, King Juukian does a Hulk smash into the ground, tera-forming the area with the strength of the punch.
Standing back up, King Juulian raises his guard, scanning the area for Cordayl. He doesn't find him, but he knows he is close, as gravity suddenly drops down on him like a wave. The pressure increases as King Juulian struggles to stay on his feet. His joints and muscles scream defeat, but his pride isn't ready to concede.
The gravity gets so heavy that the jagged pieces of earth that were elevated because of his previous punch begin to return to their original state, flat, cracked, and even.
King Juulian, angry that this boy keeps testing him, shouts out into the air, "Come out here, boy! You wanted to fight, so let's go!"
Cordayl, who has been watching from the rooftop, jumps off and lands in front of the king. Releasing the gravity, King Juulian breathes hard, as his body cries with relief.
King Juulian's entire body is in pain as he struggles to stay vertical. He stumbles a little, and as he goes to catch himself, Cordayl smashes the king in the chin with an uppercut that sends him flying into the air.
Now reversing the gravity so that they stay in they air Cordayl tells him "You've only lasted this long because I have been waiting for this moment for too long to let it end so quickly. But look," Cordayl grabs King Juulian by the hair and forces him to see his kingdom.
King Juulian tries to open his swollen eyes. The drugs in his body are starting to die out, and King Juulian knows he won't last much longer. But upon even slightly opening his eyes, they both become completely ajar, witnessing the massive damage his home has endured.
Complete chaos has enveloped his kingdom. From so high up in the sky, King Juulian can see and feel the pain of his people as he watches them run around panicked and frightened. His Kingdom, in all its history, has never once been attacked from the inside, and his people were utterly decimated.
Tears fall from King Juulian's eyes as pain and hatred bubble and come spilling out of him. "I will never forgive you for this. Do you hear me. Fuck your revenge. Mine will be 100 times worse.
"You won't be able to sleep without the fear of a blade coming down on your throat. Beware of even friendship because anyone walking with you is a dead man. They will suffer death before you so that you may feel your sins.
"Enjoy this victory King Cordayl." King Juulian says with such venom he has to spit. "Because it will be very shortly celebrated. That I promise."
"You're still blaming me? Again, this is a consequence of your actions. This destruction of the city was a result of your troops in their effort to stop me. You should've known there was no stopping me. Yet, in your cowardice, you sent men to their deaths.
"I come to your door, and instead of greeting me yourself, you have a battalion there. Because of your fear, more innocent men died over a dispute that was not theirs. At your front door.
"I enter your castle and sit on your throne, waiting to see this King who cares so little for his people. And when I finally see you, that is exactly what I see. A drink in your hands and a look that couldn't care less. I was angry after breaking out of that diabolical laboratory, but seeing the lethargic look in your eyes refueled me to a point where I feel.. no, I know I am doing justice.
"Your hands are so bloody you shouldn't even be allowed to touch anything. A person of such low quality as yourself is so unworthy to lead that I question your parents, your ancestors, your whole lineage.
"I do not fear your threats. At all. That little premonition you preached has been my reality since you stole my family from me. I am here because of you. This all has happened because of you, Juulian. You stole from me when I was just a child.
"Now I return as a man, not to take back what is mine. That is forever lost on this plane. No, I am here simply to steal from you. Now watch, as I do just that. And die knowing that this is all your fault." Cordayl tells the King, staring him eye to eye for the last time, as he releases his hair and lets him drop a hundred feet back down to the earth.
The kingdom is in an uproar as people run amuck, trying to figure out the quickest way to safety. It is absolute chaos on the streets as people trip over destroyed structures and objects, only to be stomped down into the concrete by the same community of people they have grown up with.
From Cordayl's point of view, it looks as if someone has kicked over an ant hill, leaving the bugs exposed and confused.
Suspended in the air, Cordayl is looking down on the kingdom. Knowing what he was about to do wasn't right, he refused to set aside his vengeance.
Two wrongs don't make a right, but right now, he wanted nothing more than to finally let his anger out. To finally let his pain go.
Cordayl closes his eyes. "Ancestor's emotions. Hatred."
The atmosphere in the kingdom suddenly changes. Everyone in the kingdom feels it, as their pointless sprinting ends, and all their eyes stare at the unknown man in the sky.
The kingdom is suddenly hit with a massive force of gravity that slowly forces the citizens of the kingdom down to their knees. The weaker people are forced to lay on the ground, helpless to the strength of this unseen pressure.
Cars and other vehicles, structures, objects and buildings, all begin to flatten all over the kingdom.
As a building gets crushed underneath the massive gravity Cordayl is causing, a giant piece of glass comes speeding down on a woman who is immobilized like so many of the citizens.
All this woman can do is scream as she watches this giant piece of glass fall out of the sky en route to impale her in half.
Before the razor edge of the giant shard of glass can touch her, it slows down as if frozen in time, making her stare into its reflection.
She is confused, but her happiness overrides her confusion as she continues to breathe hard.
Then, seconds later, the glass starts going in the exact opposite direction it was designated for and begins to ascend into the air.
The woman feels that the pressure is gone and shakily stands herself back onto her feet.
The woman, like everyone in the kingdom, looks at the man in the sky.
Questions flood all of their minds as they wonder aloud in fear what this person's motives were for this attack.
But as they all stare in fear and awe at the power of this mysterious figure, the woman who was almost stabbed by a giant piece of glass feels a slight pull towards the sky.
At first, she ignores it, but then she feels a second, stronger pull that lifts her off her feet. Panic resumes amongst the citizens as they realize they are now being pulled into the sky.
The citizens panic and try to swim through the air to grab onto something stable so they are not swept away. But their efforts are in vain.
In his rage, Cordayl has completely given in to the anger he has harbored and let boil in his heart for so many years. As the painful memories of his life replay over and over again.
From every loss to every betrayal and random attack, Cordayl finds himself lost in his emotions, as he can no longer hold back his tears. As his pain deepens, Cordayl has unconsciously turned himself into a blackhole.
The darkness Cordayl has held onto projects beyond him, as the black hole he has become expands and grows, consuming the kingdom and its inhabitants.
Buildings and homes are torn from the ground and forced to join Cordayl in the sky,
disappearing as soon as it touches the darkness surrounding Cordayl.
Nothing and no one is spared, as screams and cries can be heard from all those who end up swallowed by the black hole.
The black hole continues to grow as Cordayl's pain is not yet truly felt. As the black hole expands, its power grows, now pulling in the natural environment of the kingdom.
From the ground to the mountains the faces of the forefathers of king Juulian are carved into, everything is ripped away from its original standstill and forced to join the rest of the kingdom in the destruction.
Nothing remains in the kingdom. Nothing except a giant black hole that seems to be feeding as it destroys.
Cordayl is lost in the darkness, fighting an army of enemies that are not there. A hand touches his shoulder, and instantly, he swings in that direction.
The punch is caught, and Cordayl opens his eyes to see that it is actually himself. Or rather, the passive side of him.
The aggressive Cordayl swats the hand away. "Why are you here? I don't need your help."
The passive Cordayl shakes off the disdain shown to him. "No, you are wrong. I was wrong. I thought I didn't need you. Just like you think you don't need me. But right now, as it has been for so long, we are all we have." Cordayl says.
Aggressive Cordayl sniffles and quickly cleans his face. "Yeah, you're right. I'm letting you have the reigns again. All this vengeance has me pretty tired."
"Glad you're handing it over. I was actually on the way to regain control." passive Cordayl smirks.
"I should make you fight for it." Aggressive Cordayl yawns.
The two Cordayls stare at each other briefly, then they dap up and embrace, merging into one being again.
As Cordayl exhales, he opens his eyes to see his father and his tribe in front of him.
"Thank you, my son. Because of you, the injustice is repaid, and we may all travel to the next stage of peace. It seems that this has been pretty therapeutic for you as well." Cordon states, looking at the refreshed look in his son's face.
"Yeah it has been." Cordayl says, tears in his eyes as he stares at his father again. Cordon smiles, and the two embrace for one last time as it is time for Cordon to journey toward the afterlife.
As Cordon and all of the tribesmen begin to fade out of the darkness, they all chant Cordayl's name as they fade away.
The last to fade out is Cordon, who leaves his son with a forewarning, "Today was a victory for us, but prepare yourself. What you did today will not be seen as justice.
You will be hated by many, and you will now embark on a journey that will rival the mightiest of our Melatonin ancestors.
"I apologize for putting you in this position without being able to fight next to you, but know that I will always be by your side. I love you, Cordayl, and keep fighting. Sleep well, my son." Cordon smiles as he disappears also.
As Cordon fades out, Cordayl wipes his tear away with a smile of his own.
Then, a wave of nausea hits him, and he finds it hard to stand up. Fatigue captures him, and Cordayl passes out, falling through the darkness.
The black hole that had grown from Cordayl's anger suddenly erupts, sending a massive surge of energy spreading throughout the area with the intensity of the mightiest hurricane winds.
Nothing comes out of the black hole except for one thing. Cordayl.
Unconscious and falling at a height equal to a skyscraper, Cordayl descends straight into the earth, landing on his head with an impact that shakes the now vacant kingdom.
