He wrapped his arms around my waist as he gently pulled me towards him while I looked up as our eyes met. Various emotions were swirling in his eyes, but the prominent among them all was the love that shone. He moved his hand up and gently moved a strand of my hair behind my ear, and he placed his hand on my cheek. "I don't know what I did to deserve this, Aurora," Zander mumbled when he moved closer while my eyes fluttered close.
They say a kiss can only be magical when there is a connection between the two souls. Despite being mates, you would never be able to feel it unless you truly love each other, and I think I have felt the connection today. There was this sinking sensation deep within me while I felt like my happiness was bubbling with me.
