The fairly crowded atmosphere in the campus cafeteria made it quite difficult for Odel and Fiona to find an empty seat. They managed to find a spot in the middle area, where the girls who had bullied Odel before were also present.
They looked healthy after the attack the other day, but something strange had happened—they had completely forgotten everything that occurred that night. Some students speculated that it must have been the work of a vengeful ghost. While some people sympathized with them, Fiona, on the other hand, seemed displeased to see the three of them doing just fine.
"Why didn't they just disappear? "They totally deserved their punishment!" Fiona said mercilessly.
"What are you saying, Fiona? Never curse others. We don't know what really happened that night. We saw with our own eyes how pale they were. "What if whatever attacked them was truly dangerous?" Odel replied.
