After the moon goddess had stopped hugging me, she stood up, and I looked at her.
She stretched her right hand towards my face and touched my left cheek, causing something like a bright light to come forth from her hand.
She removed her hand from my left cheek and I touched my left cheek.
"It's gone". I muttered, when I could no longer feel the injury that was on my left cheek.
The moon goddess suddenly sat beside me, as there was enough space for her to sit on the rock I was sitting on.
She held my hands and said to me, "You know, after I left your office that day, I thought about all the things I had done and regretted them. But, I'm sorry. I couldn't bear to lose you. I lost all my loved ones. So, I really couldn't bear to lose you too".
"I- It's alright". I told her.
"You don't have to pretend that it's alright, Clara. I know that deep down, you are still disappointed with me. I caused the death of the real Anastasia". Moon goddess said to me and breathed deeply.
