Whitout heasitation,Baaz motioned to the axe and it came,the moment he put his hands on it he felt like a real beast, the power up that he received was unbelievable, smiling,he knew he made the right choice.Unfortunately for Baaz,that also marked the end of his stay as immediately after,he was suddenly teleported away,his vision darkened and he heard the last words of the Hermit :"Stay out of trouble demon,I won't be always here to save you."

Alone in the cave, Megis, the Hermit Crab was reviewing what he knew about the demon.He didn't know when the demon was born,yes, he did notice the mana disturbance but deemed it as unworthy of its attention.The demon really caught his eyes when he saw him being cornered by the goblins.Bored,he watched the demon triumph of the goblins,watched him getting trapped and ambushed.Those things occurred daily in the forest so that didn't bother him, from experience he knew that the strong preyed on the weak,but this demon was weird.
Every being at birth always had something that was innate to them,this was their instincts of preservation,when someone was in a unfamiliar environment they always put their guard up preparing themselves for any kind of situation but this demon was the opposite.Even though the goblins' preparations weren't stealthy and there was some obvious signs,he only realised when he was already trapped.When the demon escaped it putting up a show it was his hatred that captivated its attention,by then he was debating whether to let the demon get captured or intervene.He finally made up his mind when he saw that he could not analyze him.When he tried,he only got his level,something was blocking him,this was rare so he acted,he saved the demon,helped him reach level 25 and then he got another surprise.A class appeared that it had no heard of, well it was not that he was ignorant but thus type of class was rare and to even have a variant of it,this was surprising.it wasn't the strongest but it believed himself old enough to not be surprised by mundane things.But the mystery surrounding this demon made him a great subject of study and to his astonishment,he found himself liking the demon.A playful grin appeared on its face,when it teleported the demon, he had chosen to drop him at a specific location. There,a surprise was waiting for him,it mumbled:
" I hope he likes it."

When his vision brightened, Baaz did not recognize where he was.In front of him,was a large cave that was situated at the base of a mountain.Here,the concentration of mana was thick it was way behind what he felt when he was at the abode of the hermit but it was still refreshing nonetheless.Everything was new to him and what could have been a great moment was ruined by the arrivals of the goblins,Baaz's nemesis.
Twenty goblins came frome diverse spots around the cave.It seemed like they were the guardians of the place. They quickly surrounded him. A little shook,Baaz rapidly draw his axe and he observed them,this time making sure he was aware of his back.If both times when he fought them they caught him by surprise and he had no real time to analyze and observe them correctly.But now as they surrounded him and having already faced them twice,Baaz surprisingly found himself calm. Slowly, a face off started between them and that gave him ample time to sort out his thoughts. Did he really got defeated by a bunch of goblins in ragtag clothes with poor equipment and with such inferior stats? Well he wasn't a warrior but something deep inside of him was rebelling at the idea of how weak minded and pitiful he was to have lost to them.Unfortunately his tought process was interrupted by a goblin who this nerve-wracking situation made reckless. Unsettled by the tense atmosphere and by the now relaxed attitude of Baaz the goblin found it difficult to stay put.He was almost in the blind spot of the demon so he took his chance. However this time, Balthazar was ready.Armed with his axe he did not even wait for the attack to connect,he directly swung his weapon cleanly bisecting the goblin.Alarmed,the others faltered in their steps and cautiously observed him.Seeing their hesitation, a toothy grin appeared on Baaz's face,his gaze turned icy and he unconsciously channeled his mana into his axe activating a skill.
[Axe Mastery] was activated,this is a normal skill that belongs to the [weapon mastery] series and one of the skills that every veteran axeman should posses.Once activated everything changed,it was as if the axe became part of his body and he definitely found it easier to wield.He instinctively knew what part of the axe he could use to parry,to chop and cut, to him the axe became alive and talked to him.He charged and what happened next was a massacre.
He attacked three goblins at once,they were already past level 25 and had access to mana. He quickly parried the dagger that the first one threw at him and decapitated the second,he kicked the third that was trying to catch him off guard.His kick was so powerful that he poor goblin got his chest caved in,he died on the spot.Enraged, the first goblin charged and quickly rejoined his dead kin on the ground. The remaining ones charged at him,he then used his second skill of the day.[Leap attack] that allowed him to jump at the crazed group of goblins and used his momentum to smash his axe in the group coming at him and.BOOM, dust was covering the space,when it dissipated a bloody scene was revealed.There on the ground green blood could be seen forming rivers, laying down close to a pile of Corpses Baaz was trying to catch his breath.He was already exhausted and was thinking of running away to avoid more complications.But from the cave a Hobgoblin appeared, it was carrying a club. This one immediately made Baaz cautious and it did good because the next second he was flung back by a strike of the Hobgoblin..Pushed back,Baaz struggled to keep his footing ,seeing that, a savage smile appeared on the Hobgoblin face.A smile that irked Baaz, pushing him to gather his forces,he attacked the Hobgoblin by activating [Axe Mastery] and [ Super Cleaving Enhancement],he accelerated and disappeared.
In fact this was from the Hobgoblin's perspective as the demon moved so fast that his eyes could not follow him,it was surprised when Baaz appeared behind him rapidly bisecting him not even giving it the time to turn his head.Baaz stood there a desire to kill submerged him and he started laughing. Unbeknownst to him some changes started happening inside of him.His mindset that he brought from earth started slightly eroding,he had finally realized that this was not earth, here people will not even to think about it,here morality was down and strength was king, you want to have a say, you need power to back it up and for that he had the goblins to thank so he was going to thank them in his own way,he was going to wipe them out. And fortunately this time,he felt he was properly equipped for this task.
