Just as Xia Yuqing was about to take a sip of the special drink, her phone rang.
She sighed. Great timing.
But when she glanced at the caller ID, she saw Yan Rouxi's name flashing on the screen. That made her pause. She had made it very clear before Xia Yuqing left for the honeymoon: "Don't expect a call for the next three days unless it's a life-or-death situation. I refuse to commit the great sin of disturbing a couple on their honeymoon."
Yet here she was, calling. So, either the world was ending, or something had gone wrong.
Putting the drink down, Xia Yuqing excused herself and walked aside to take the call. "Hello?"
"Yuqing! How are you? Are you okay?!" Yan Rouxi's voice was laced with panic.
Xia Yuqing's brows knitted. "Rouxi, what's wrong? Is everything okay?"
"Danger," Yan Rouxi whispered ominously. "I had a vision. You're in danger."
