AMBER POV
My eyes snapped open. My head hurt like hell. I had to close my eyes once more and then open them so I could adjust to the light. I tried to remember what happened to me, but I couldn't. I tried sitting up. I found myself in a strange room. This isn't the room I'm familiar with. Then it all dawned on me. I was kidnapped.
The fear began to set in. Who did this to me? Who are they? I hugged myself tightly. "What's going on?" I said out loud. My voice echoed in the room. I was all alone. The room was well-set. It had all the equipment a room should have, but where is this place? Did Nicholas kidnap me? Then I remember the tattoo man. He did this. Are they working for Nicholas now?
I need some explanation. I need to be told what is going on at the moment. "Why am I here? Please get me out of this place. Please get me out of this palace. I beg of you," I cried out, but no one came for me.
