"Ouch. This really hurts." V winced, falling right onto the source of her pain. Her hip ached after landing on the well-known marble floor. While rubbing her throbbing head, her vision momentarily blurred. V confirmed her current location. "I'm still not dead? Why am I in the palace room?!"
V stood up slowly, reaching the edge of the bed, and sat there, feeling a burning pressure sting her spine. It was the roughest and most painful landing she had ever experienced. She used silver light to alleviate the soreness, feeling the pressure gradually dissipate.
Some of the items in her room were in disarray, likely because of the wave of V's omnipotent power that threw her back to the palace, causing a slight shockwave when she landed.
