By the time, the space spirit had become normal, Jamie experienced massive headaches. She could only sleep. It took nearly twenty hours for her to feel okay.
"Tell me what you have been doing?"
The space spirit was now hovering before her like a naughty child caught for punishment.
"I just absorbed a little energy!"
Jamie wasn't having this incomplete information. She needed to know the complete truth.
"Really? What energy? And where did you find that?"
The space spirit scratched its non existent face. It was a comedic scene to watch but Jamie was far too angry to notice it.
"I had some energy accumulated in the space. I just ate a little."
The space spirit pinched its fingers as if to show how little it ate.
"You ate and then what?"
"I ate again."
She realized now.
"You overate!"
Her declarative tone made the space spirit more embarrassed.
"I'm sorry, Jamie. I should have controlled myself."
