Chapter 102 - communicated

As I landed, I saw Tharros waiting, "Father!" He said

I smiled, relieved to see my son waiting for me. "Tharros, my boy," I said, trying to sound calmer than I felt. "What are you doing here? I thought you were out exploring with your siblings."

Tharros looked up at me with concern etched on his face. "I came back to check on you, Father. You've been acting strange lately, and I was worried."

I felt a pang of guilt, realizing that my son had noticed the changes in me. I didn't want to worry him, but I knew I couldn't keep the truth from him forever.

I sighed "no it just that I'm hungry and decided to hunt something for myself!"

Tharros giggled. "What a behemoth that is causing you a stomach ache again!" I nodded.

Tharros chuckled, clearly amused by my predicament. "Well, Father, maybe next time you'll think twice before taking down something that big!" He teased, his eyes sparkling with mirth.

I laughed, feeling a warmth in my heart at my son's playful jab. "Perhaps you're right, Tharros. Maybe I'm just getting a bit too old for such large meals!" I joked, ruffling his scales with my claws.

Tharros walked closer to me and nuzzled my front right leg.

I smiled, feeling a surge of affection for my son. I reached down and gently stroked Tharros' scales, enjoying the warm, comforting sensation of his nuzzle.

"It's okay, son," I said softly, my voice filled with warmth. "I'm fine. Just a bit...overindulged, that's all." I chuckled, feeling a sense of peace wash over me as Tharros continued to nuzzle my leg.

As I stroked Tharros' scales, I felt my worries slowly fade away, replaced by a sense of gratitude for this moment of peace with my son. Tharros, seeming to sense my relaxation, nuzzled my leg even more gently, his eyes closing in contentment.

The warm sunlight cast a gentle glow over us, and the sound of birds chirping in the distance created a soothing melody. For a brief moment, everything felt right with the world.

Just as I was starting to let my guard down, I felt a faint stirring within me. The Shadow Wings, though quiet for the moment, were still there, waiting.

I pushed the thought aside, not wanting to ruin this peaceful moment with Tharros.

The Shadow Wings stir gently.

I felt a slight shiver run down my spine as the Shadow Wings stirred within me. It was a gentle, almost imperceptible movement, but it was enough to make me feel a twinge of unease.

Tharros, still nuzzling my leg, seemed to sense the sudden tension in my body. He opened his eyes and looked up at me, his gaze questioning. "Father?" he asked softly, his voice tinged with concern.

I gave a force smile. "It is OK, just the Shadow wings stir it is nothing to be worried about!"

Tharros looked up at me uncertainly, his eyes narrowing slightly as he sensed that something was off. He didn't seem entirely convinced by my reassurance, but he didn't press the issue either.

Instead, he nuzzled my leg again, his scales softly scraping against mine. "If you're sure, Father," he said, his voice still tinged with concern. "But if you're not feeling well, maybe we should go see Mother?"

I sighed. "I just needed to lay down!" I go lay down on my back.

Tharros watched me with concern as I lay down, his eyes fixed on my face. After a moment, he seemed to decide that I was genuinely just tired, and he nodded to himself.

He climbed up beside me, his scales clicking softly on the ground, and snuggled up against my side. "I'll stay with you, Father," he said, his voice soft and soothing. "You rest, and I'll keep watch."

Pov Tharros

I snuggled up closer to Father, feeling his warmth and the gentle rise and fall of his chest as he breathed. I kept a watchful eye on him, making sure he was okay.

Father had been acting strange lately, and it worried me. The Shadow Wings seemed to be stirring more and more, and I could sense the darkness within him growing stronger.

I nuzzled his side gently, trying to comfort him. Father's eyes were closed, and his face was relaxed, but I knew he wasn't sleeping. I could feel his tension, his worry.

I stayed by his side, keeping vigil and making sure he was safe. I wouldn't leave him, not even for a moment. Father needed me, and I was determined to be there for him.

I thought to myself,'Father said that 14-36% of the Shadow Wings inside father belly is from his generic and DNA. Does that really make them my new sibling? I mean, he did say, "Well, something like that." Does that mean'

I pondered the idea, my mind racing with questions and doubts.

'But what does it really mean to have siblings that are a part of Father, yet still separate? Are they truly my brothers, or are they just a part of Father's power? Father seems to think of them as family, but I'm still trying to understand...' I thought.

As I lay there, I couldn't shake off the feeling that my life was about to change in ways I couldn't even imagine. The Shadow Wings, my newfound siblings, seemed to be stirring up more questions than answers.

I glanced over at Father, who was still lying quietly, his eyes closed. I wondered what he was thinking, what secrets he might be keeping from me.

I gently placed my claws on his bulge belly and felt multiple Shadow Wings moving around.

I gently pressed my claws against Father's belly, feeling the multiple Shadow Wings moving beneath his scales. It was a strange, almost ticklish sensation.

One of the Shadow Wings seemed to be moving more energetically than the others, as if it was trying to get my attention. I focused my senses on it, trying to understand what it was doing.

I said "Hey there"

The Shadow Wing's movements slowed, and for a moment, I felt a sense of calm emanating from it. Then, to my surprise, I felt a gentle, almost curious presence in my mind.

It was as if the Shadow Wing was trying to communicate with me, to understand me better. I hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to respond.

If I'm not wrong that these Shadow Wings have a form of a dragon from Father Generic and DNA that means.

I thought, my mind racing with the implications. 'That means they're dragons, just like us. But... smaller, and inside Father's belly.' I felt a shiver run down my spine as I realized the truth.

'The Shadow Wings were not just some mysterious, dark energy. They were living, breathing dragons, connected to Father's very being. And they were growing stronger, more restless, by the day.'

I sighed. "Well, who knows!"

I said with a shrug, "Maybe one day they'll come out and we'll finally get some answers."

I flew up on top of Father Bulge Belly and snuggled it.

Father's belly rumbled softly, and I felt a gentle vibration beneath me as he hummed a low, soothing melody. The Shadow Wings inside him seemed to be responding to his calm energy, their movements slowing to a gentle flutter.

Father belly rose and fell by each of his breath.

I synchronized my own breathing with Father's, feeling a sense of calm and connection as our chests rose and fell in unison. The Shadow Wings continued to flutter gently inside him, their soft movements a soothing accompaniment to our peaceful moment together.

I talk to the Shadow Wings inside him. "Hello, little ones,"

I whispered, my voice barely audible over Father's gentle humming. "What's it like in there? Are you comfortable?"

I waited patiently for a response, my ears perked up and my senses tuned to the subtle energies within Father's belly. After a moment of silence, I felt a faint stirring, a soft squirming of the Shadow Wings inside Father.

One of them kicked gently, making Father's belly jiggle slightly. Another Shadow Wing pushed against the scales, causing Father's belly to bulge outward for a moment. The squirming grew more intense, as if they were trying to get comfortable or perhaps even respond to my presence.

I tap Father Belly gently.

The Shadow Wings inside him responded immediately, squirming and kicking in a gentle, almost playful manner. One of them pushed against Father's scales, making his belly bulge outward in a small, rounded bump.

Father's humming grew softer, and he seemed to relax even further, as if enjoying the interaction.

I look at Father, who is still sleeping peacefully somehow.

His chest rose and fell with slow, deep breaths, and his face was serene, without a hint of disturbance.

The gentle humming had stopped, replaced by a soft, rumbling snore that vibrated through his entire body.

Despite the commotion the Shadow Wings had caused, Father seemed completely unaware of it all, lost in a deep and peaceful slumber.

I question "hello is it uncomfortable in there?"

The Shadow Wings responded with a flurry of squirms and kicks, as if trying to convey a message. One of them pushed against Father's scales, making a small bulge appear, while another squirmed and twisted, creating a gentle ripple effect inside Father's belly.

I sighed "Ok I'm going to place my claws here, and if you kick once, it is a yes twisted is a no Ok?!"

I positioned my claws gently on Father's belly, waiting for the Shadow Wings' response. After a moment, one of the Shadow Wings kicked once, making Father's belly jiggle slightly.

I smiled, understanding their affirmation. "Alright, so it's a yes... you're uncomfortable in there?"

I question, "Is that a yes of that it is uncomfortable in there?!"

The Shadow Wings responded with another distinct kick, making Father's belly bulge outward slightly. I nodded, taking it as a confirmation. "Okay, so that's a yes... it is uncomfortable in there for you."

I paused, considering my next question. "Is it... getting too tight in there?" I asked, my voice gentle with concern. The Shadow Wings responded with a series of rapid, agitated kicks, making Father's belly quiver and shake. I frowned, sensing their growing distress.

I placed a calming hand on Father's belly, trying to soothe the Shadow Wings. "Okay, okay... I understand. It's getting too tight. What do you need me to do?" I asked, my mind racing with possibilities. The Shadow Wings' kicking slowed, replaced by a series of urgent, squirming movements, as if they were trying to convey a specific message.

I question, "Do you want to get out very badly?"

The Shadow Wings responded with a frantic, intense squirming, their movements becoming almost desperate.

They kicked and pushed against Father's belly, making it bulge and quiver with their efforts.

I could sense their growing urgency, their need to escape their confinement.

I sighed. "It took like 10-15 weeks for you to be born, and there are only 2-7 weeks remaining! Sorry!"

The Shadow Wings' frantic movements slowed, replaced by a series of defeated, weak squirms. They seemed to understand, but their disappointment was palpable. Father's belly felt still, as if the Shadow Wings were holding their breath, waiting for the remaining time to pass.

I thought to myself,'I'm a genderless dragon that can carry baby dragons without a mate and see how I can calmly communicate them while father beealy can communicate with them'

A mix of wonder and amusement filled my mind as I reflected on my unique circumstances. "I'm a singular dragon, indeed," I thought, "capable of carrying young without a mate and somehow intuitively understanding their needs." I smiled inwardly, feeling grateful for this special bond with the Shadow Wings.

Father, despite being a mighty dragon, seemed to rely on me to interpret the Shadow Wings' communications, and I was happy to fulfill that role.

I tap his belly again, and the Shadow wings moved insanely.

The Shadow Wings' intense movements made Father's belly quiver and shake violently. I could sense their eagerness, their desperation to break free from their confinement.

I placed a calming hand on Father's belly, trying to soothe the Shadow Wings. "Easy, little ones," I whispered. "Just a little longer."

The Shadow Wings' movements slowed, slightly calmed by my gentle words. Father's belly still quivered, but the violent shaking had subsided.

I took a deep breath, considering my next step. "Father, I think they're getting more agitated by the minute," I said, my voice low and thoughtful. "We should check on them regularly to make sure they're doing okay in there."

Father nodded, his eyes filled with a mix of concern and understanding. "Agreed, my child," he said, his deep voice rumbling. "We'll keep a close eye on them. Let's hope they can remain calm until it's time for them to emerge."

I nodded, feeling a sense of reassurance wash over me. Together, Father and I would ensure the Shadow Wings' safe arrival into the world.

And so, we waited, vigilant and patient, as the days ticked by and the Shadow Wings continued to grow and stir within Father's belly.
