A young nurse interrupted coldly, "What do you mean by that? Isabella sincerely followed Ivy River, so why does it sound different coming from you?"
"I'm not wrong, am I? We all know personnel changes are announced at the start or end of the month, but now it's mid-month. Would she have gotten promoted without Ivy River's connection?"
The young nurse got anxious, "You're just saying sour grapes because you can't have them. You don't work hard and complain about those who do. People like you deserve to be a junior nurse forever!"
