Bunny Girl Mary wasn't wearing her special outfit today, still in a T-shirt and jeans, with a badge on her chest stating her role as the hall manager. She was directing the renovation workers in adjusting the lights and equipment.
Allen Zhang strolled over, unfazed, and greeted her.
"Hanberger, how did you get in from the back?" Mary was a little surprised to see Allen taking the unusual route, "This area is not open to outsiders!"
"What outsider?" Allen spread his hands, "Aren't I one of us?"
"You are, but you're only responsible for environmental work, and you are not allowed to enter the internal areas during working hours. Well, go as you please; after all, we are not officially open for business yet. Old Mike used to drop by frequently when he was here."
Mary shrugged, not minding anymore. The good news was, she was still the bar manager.
Allen Zhang, surprised at the sight of professionals tuning the machines and slot machines, asked, "What's all this?"
