"Well, you can blend this seasoning with oil or water because the seasoning will be cooked first using oil. So, you can choose to use oil or water. For me, I prefer to use oil to blend the soto seasoning," Anita explained and pressed the blender button.

Anita now went to the chicken where the water was already boiling. She stirred the chicken, so that those who were not exposed to the water could be exposed to the water so that the chicken would cook evenly. She was now cooking the soto bumbum in a frying pan with oil for sautéing. "Here, you try it. Keep stirring until the fragrance comes out. When it's a little lumpy, just add the water," Anita said.
