1 hour earlier , Mizuki , Varmoth and Katashi are walking through the city which is now full of crumble buildings that overrun by nature.
Katashi: "Strange...not even a single people we've encounter yet."
Varmoth nod in agreement then move her view to Mizuki who stand ahead of them as she look further within the city. She look back at them;
Mizuki: "Let's move. The Tsubaki mansion is up ahead."
10 minutes after they walk along the empty street , Mizuki could see the rooftop of the mansion not far away from them.
Mizuki: "We're almost there."
She walk in a hurry as she keep her view to the mansion's rooftop. Then , a familiar voice is calling her name.
Iruka: "Mizuki-chan~"
Mizuki instantly look in front of her to see Iruka standing in the middle of the street with a lot of local people that are used as sacrificial lamb standing behind her.
Mizuki: "Iruka-chan..."
Iruka gently smile to Mizuki;
Iruka: "You should've stay here and spending our time together with me and Hana....forever."
Mizuki: "I...I...would love to..."
Iruka: "Really ?"
Iruka walk closer to Mizuki but she back away from her.
Mizuki: "I would love to make more and more memories with the three of us together because you and Hana-chan are my precious friends."
Her mouth begin to tremble. Then she look at Iruka with sympathy;
Mizuki: "But you have to understand and accept that whether this place have many good or bad memories , everything...will eventually come to an end."
Iruka stand there in silent. Then she look at Mizuki still with her gentle smile but this time , Mizuki could feel that there's sadness within her smile.
Iruka: "I see. I guess there's no point on stopping you huh ?"
The moment she said that , she is grab by the local people behind her then engulf by them as they clump together into a blob shape. Soon after , the blob re-shape into a form of a giant human with the head of Iruka while the faces of local people could be seen at her back.
Varmoth and Katashi stand in front Mizuki.
Varmoth: "We'll take care of her. Now , go..."
Mizuki look at her and nod then run through the side walk on her way to the mansion.
Now that Mizuki left , Varmoth rise up her assault rifle while Katashi prepare to draw his blade. Iruka's eyes become wide and mutiple voices could hear coming from her eerie laugh. Varmoth begin to aim her gun at Iruka but she decide to evade by Iruka sudden smash attacks with her giant hands. Katashi dash toward and attack Iruka to give Varmoth some assistance but Iruka notice Katashi then smash him instead which he manage to dodge it in time. As he get up;
Varmoth: "Watch out !!!"
Katashi: "Huh...?"
Before he notice , he got smacked by incoming destroyed car that were grabbed by Iruka who used it as a weapon. He bounce off the nearby building wall then crashing down to the pavement below. Iruka change her target to Varmoth then she throw the car to her. As the car thrown , Varmoth run toward it and slide under as the thrown car fly above her but Iruka sprint forward and catch her by the waist with both of her hands. She lift Varmoth up and attempt to squeeze her to death.
Varmoth: "AAARGH!!!"
She let out a scream of pain then Katashi get up and regain his footing. He see that Varmoth is in trouble so he run toward Iruka and climb up from her back. When he reach up to her shoulder, he jump off to her right wrist then stab through it with the tip of his blade. Iruka feel the pain then swat him away which he's able to jump away unharmed but she couldn't maintain holding Varmoth with just left hand so Varmoth take her chance and shoot Iruka at her face multiple times. Iruka let her go from her grasp then she keep on shooting while aiming at her face and Iruka cover her face with her hands to prevent more damages.
As Varmoth reload her ammo , Iruka expose the tip of many bony spikes out of her chest area then shoot all of it toward them. They carefully evades the incoming spikes as it penetrate the street. When they look at most of the spikes , they're surprise that the bony spikes are actually human spinal cord of the sacrificial people with their head still intact. Varmoth look at one of the intact head , she see that the man's eyes are closed as if he was sleeping.
Then suddenly his eyes open and scream as loud as he can. The rest of the intact heads soon follow to scream louder and it is such a very disturbing view for Katashi and Varmoth who witness it.
They both snap out of it then focus to take on Iruka. Varmoth look at Iruka's legs and she point out;
Varmoth: "There. Cut off her legs."
Katashi: "Understood."
With no time to waste , Katashi dash forward to Iruka while she try to smash him again with her hands. He reach to her legs faster before her then cut through the lower part of her right thigh with his blade causing her to immobilize. Varmoth proceed to shoot Iruka's left knee which make her fall down face first to the ground. Katashi climb up on her back then running along it with his blade cut her back open. Varmoth take out 2 grenades and pull the safety pins off then pass it to Katashi. He throw the grenades into Iruka's cut open back then jump off as it blow full blast inside her back.
Iruka let out a scream then finally her head fall lifeless to the ground as smokes start to to come out from her mouth and nose.
Varmoth and Katashi let out a sigh of relief then they could hear a distant voice so they look at their back;
Cupid: "Hey"
They see Cupid coming over to them with Minami and Sayaka help carrying Ibara. Once they all gathered , Minami ask;
Minami: "Where's Mizuki ?"
Katashi: "She's already at Tsubaki mansion by now."
[23 minutes ago]
Mizuki open the entrance gate in a hurry then run along the path with tsubaki flowers on both sides. When she reach to the mansion's entrance , she push the double front doors wide open as the light from outside illuminate the dark main hall. She walk along the hall then a group of undead people emerge out of the dark and grab her. They try to make sure that she won't escape then Hana appear and walk down the stairs until she reach to Mizuki as she's standing in front of her.
Mizuki: "Hana-chan...we need to talk."
Hana: "I've already said everything I say to you. What do you want to talk about when there's nothing left to say ?"
Mizuki: "Your story..."
Hana: "Huh...?"
Mizuki: "You haven't told me your story at that time the massacre happen."
Hana: "!?"
Hana stay silent for a moment. Then she look at Mizuki directly as she begin to tell her;
Hana: "When the city were once where it used to be , among all relatives , my family is the least known in the Tsubaki Family. But my parents are very well respected by the local people of Tenko. One day while Iruka and I enjoy our tea break at the local café , there's a man who is a freelance journalist came to us to interview about the city. Apparently , Iruka and that man knew each other from previous interview so she introduced me to him. I told that man who I am then he seems surprised that I am a part of the family. Then he ask about my family's traditional ritual and I thought it wasn't anything special so I told him about it. That is were I made a mistake that my family's ritual is meant to be secretive so when I parted ways from Iruka after the interview , I was kidnapped and brought back to the mansion. From there , I was presented myself to six elders and the head family."
[18 July 1982]
Hana: "Please , I beg you for forgiveness."
Seijiro: "Forgiveness ?...After what you've done to tell him about our ritual tradition ? There is no more room to forgive you , dear."
Soon after her parents are brought with their hands tied then they kneel down with both their knees right before their daughter.
Hana: "Father.....mother....."
Two soldiers are then standing behind her parents and pointing their rifles at the back of their head. Hana who see this begin to beg and plead for mercy of her parents.
Seijiro: "This is the punishment you will bear for the rest of your life. Your parents will take the responsibility for raising a failure."
The two soldiers put their finger on the trigger.
Seijiro: "Now , witness the consequences of the actions you have made."
Hana's mother: "I'm sorry , Hana. We love yo-"
[BANG!!]
[BANG!!]
As the shots ring , the bodies of her parents lay before her. She let out a cry of sadness as her parents are no longer with her. Seijiro didn't give her a time for her grief to her parents so he order other 2 soldiers to drag her away from her dead parents and lock her in a prison at the basement of the mansion.
On the next day , Hana stay in the prison where there's no light penetrate through it. Few hours later , a tray of foods were given through the food slot which is below the door. She walk to the door and pick up the food tray. She look at the tray that it contain some chopped meats in a soup and the smell is good. Her stomach is growling so she begin to eat the food that was given. Then , the prison guard ask her from outside as she continue eating it;
Prison guard: "So , was it delicious ?"
Hana didn't respond to his question.
Prison guard: "judging by the sound , you must be really love it huh ? But it's better if you eat it slowly cause I don't want to hear you choking on a present inside your food."
Hana confuse of what the prison guard said. So she stir the soup to see what is the present he mention until she found something at the corner of the tray. She scoop it up off the soup then;
Hana: "!?"
An earring that belong to her late mother she wear at the day of her execution is now lay on the spoon. She look at the door when the prison guard ask her one more time.
Prison guard: "So...is it delicious to eat the meats of your own parents ?"
Hana is so shock to hear his question that she begin to vomit to get the food out of her stomach. The prison guard begin to laugh hysterically for the sudden revelation. Ever since then , she refuse to eat any foods that are given by the prison guard.
[21 August 1982]
After a month of Hana's disappearance , Iruka manage to sneak inside the mansion after she learned the blueprint layout. Once she's in the main hall , no guards are spotted in hall so she walk to the room to her left which lead her to a downstairs toward the basement. When she's arrive in a hurry , two prison guards see her immediately.
Prison guard: "Hey!!!"
Iruka startled by it then run back up as the prison guards goes after her. The yelling from one of the prison guards is enough to wake Hana up who is now in skeletal like body due to lack of eating food and drinking water.
Hana: "(What.....is going....on ?)"
Meanwhile , Iruka goes back to the main hall when a prison guard able to catch her by grabbing her wrist. As Iruka fight off the guard to free herself , she manage to steal the prison door key then bite his hand off of him. The prison guard let her go so she run back to the basement but before she could even to do that , the prison guard take out a handgun and point it at her back. Suddenly Nagato come out of nowhere then tackle the prison guard as he pull the trigger. The bullet that come out of it , hit Iruka at the back of her waist then blood begin to pour out. Despite that , she continue to run toward the basement and reach to the prison door.
In the dark prison room , Hana lay there with few energy left in her. Suddenly , the prison door open and the light flashes before her that she thought it was a dream. Then , Iruka come out of the light and stand next to her. Hana try to get herself up but she don't have much power left so Iruka gently lift her into sit position.
Iruka: "Hana-chan..."
Hana: "I...ru.....ka....."
Iruka: "I have to get you out of here. We don't have much time left."
Iruka try to stand up but her legs begin to gave out then she fall to the ground laying next to Hana. Hana though it was a simple fall but she see the flowing blood coming out of Iruka's back. Hana try to call Iruka out but her throat is too dry to say a word. Iruka couldn't do anything but to give Hana a gentle smile.
Iruka: "I wish...we could get out of here and live a new life together. I guess...that is not possible."
She hold Hana's hand then;
Iruka: "I'm glad that I've met you....to this day. I'm...sorry.....Hana.....chan..."
Hana look at her and realize that she's no longer breathing. Iruka manage to free Hana from being imprisoned and in the end , she died and able to see her one last time.
Hana: "I...ru...ka"
Hana cry for the lost of her long time friend despite her tears is too dry to produce. Soon after as she cried;
Unknown voices: "Hana...Hana...Hana..."
Hana: ".....?"
Strange voices ring to her ears as if it try to call for her.
Unknown voices: "Come....follow...."
Hana wasn't able to stand so she decide to crawl out from the prison and leaving Iruka's lifeless body behind. She continue to crawl and follow the Unknown voices until she reach into a room where the ritual is still performing. All soldiers are outside of the mansion while no one is guarding the ritual so she crawl closer to the enchantment circle where she hear the voices.
Unknown voices: "Touch...touch....touch it..."
She follow the instructions then touch the enchantment circle with her hand then it begin to glow brighter. The elders begin to notice that Hana has entrust the power and not the chosen sacrifice.
Suddenly her entire body is covered with dark mist. Then;
The elder: "Today , a mistake were made. We have summoned an evil entity that is now live inside a body of a young girl. For that , she is now become a necromancer."
Hana miraculously able to stand up with ease despite her skeletal body. She stand before the elders and the chosen sacrifice then raise her hand as if she give a command. Soon after , an army of the undead burst into the room and apprehend all people in the ritual room then imprisoned them deep in the basement.
Meanwhile outside into the city , the imperial soldiers are walking among many corpses when suddenly all the victims rise up from dead then begin to kill all the imperial soldiers nearby. Despite all the pain imaginable , they (imperial soldiers) realize that they couldn't be killed with fatal stabbing or cutting limbs off their bodies.
Imperial soldier #1: "What's the meaning of this ? AAACCK!!!"
Imperial soldier #2: "No , it can't be...SOMEBODY...SOMEBODY HELP ME- AAARGH!!!!"
The undead keep on torturing the imperial soldiers even though they couldn't be killed. At the mansion , another army of the undead invade the area and begin to torture all Tsubaki family they could find with sharp objects. At the main hall , Hana just standing there as she watch the view of the outside when a man appear in imperial army uniform walk inside and looking at her. She asked;
Hana: "What's your name ?"
Ibara: "Tsubaki Ibara."
Hana: "Tsubaki huh ? I'm going to clean up the mess that our family just made. So , would you like to assist me and be my butler ?"
Ibara doesn't give that much thought. So he answer;
Ibara: "Yes , I will gladly take your offer and serve under you , Ojou-sama."
From that point on , Hana and Ibara begin to live together in the mansion as the undead still roaming around the city while all members of Tsubaki family are captured and tortured them for eternity.
Many years has passed until 19 September 2020 where Ibara grew into an old man while Hana maintain her aging process thanks to her supernatural ability. As they mind their own business in the garden , they hear a sound of the open front door. Hana and Ibara look at each other;
Hana: "Seems like that we have an uninvited guest here."
Ibara: "Don't worry , Ojou-sama. I will take care of this matter as soon as possible."
Hana: "No need to do that. I'll go check it."
Ibara: "Very well , Ojou-sama."
Hana proceed to leave the garden to the main hall to see the uninvited guest. As she hide and peek at the main hall , she see Mizuki for the first time walking along the hall and look around.
Mizuki: "I heard about the history of this mansion. But who would've thought it would be this big."
Suddenly a group of the undead appear out of the darkness then hold Mizuki down.
Mizuki: "W-What's going on ? Let go of me."
Hana then reveal herself out of her hiding and standing in front of her.
Mizuki: "Who are you ?"
Hana didn't say anything then begin to enchant her with hypnosis to build fake memories inside her mind. Thus , Hana begin to enjoy spending her time together with Mizuki and revived Iruka for 2 more years until the day Mizuki notice the abnormalities.
