"Private restaurant?" The others were stunned. "That sounds good and stylish."
Arthur was the first to speak. His eyes were bright. "I went to a more upscale private restaurant once. It was very expensive, but the food was not as good as Mom's. I think Mom can totally give it a try."
Maria said hesitantly, "I-I think Mom should go the high-end route too."
Wesley and Claire looked at each other. Their eyes were filled with temptation and hesitation. Claire looked at Avery and said, "Avery, I am opening the restaurant to earn money. Private restaurants have high requirements for culinary skills, right? Do you think I am good enough?"
Avery smiled and said, "The so-called private restaurants are simply selling homemade food. Since they are food made at home, the host decides everything, of course. That includes what to cook, how to cook, how many tables to cook for, and how many guests to receive in a day. I think this way of doing business is very much in line with Mom's ideal."
