Hugo couldn't swallow a bite of the appetizing sirloin steak in front of him. Perhaps due to the heavy rain and wind he had endured in the morning, he was starting to feel severely under the weather.
"Hugo, are you okay?"
"I'm fine."
Winter, sitting across from him in the restaurant, asked worriedly in a tone that had become quite natural by now.
Hugo said he was fine, but in reality, he wasn't. A symptom that occurred maybe once every few years was about to hit him at this most inconvenient time.
Hugo slowly looked around. Kim Hee-joo and Lee Woo-jae, who were usually nearby, had strangely not shown themselves all evening.
"Shall we go back to the room?"
"Yeah."
Back in the room, Hugo sat down on the sofa. Cold sweat began to break out all over his body.
Winter watched him with a worried expression and then made a phone call somewhere.
