Chase sighed as he surveyed the snow-covered battlefield, the tension in the air palpable. Athena's strategy had been simple but effective, and now they were just waiting for the whistle to begin. His team had spent the last hour building up defenses and prepping snowballs, and now it was time to fight.
Artemis shot him a frustrated glance. "You and Chase are banned from preparation. You two make the games boring," she muttered, clearly annoyed at the responsibility of getting everything in order.
Athena, as usual, wasn't having it. "Just listen and do as I said," she replied sharply, her tone unyielding.
Artemis huffed, but she didn't argue further. "You're lucky you're my cute wife," she mumbled, focusing back on her task.
