After volleyball practice, Chase made dinner as usual. Of course, Diana was still upset with him. When she had whispered in his ear earlier, her words were clear—no sex, no kissing.
And yet, after practice, she had kissed him anyway.
Chase had stopped concealing his appearance, drawing plenty of stares from the girls, and Diana had claimed him in the most blatant way possible. Now, she was curled up beside him in bed, holding him tightly in her custom silver pajamas, her warmth pressing against him.
Just as Chase was drifting into sleep, a small hand tapped his bacl.
Blinking groggily, he looked down to see Aurora standing beside the bed, her expression unusually somber. She had snuck off to grab another cookie—Lila had limited her intake at dinner—but now, the treat was forgotten in her small hands. Dressed in light blue silk pajamas, she hesitated before stammering in a quiet voice, "W-Well... there are kids in Big Sis Diana's belly, right?"
