"Oh, but we aren't done yet," he said smoothly, lifting her effortlessly into his arms.
Meanwhile, at the bustling mall, Alice's patience had run its course. She shot a glare at Lila, who had been happily browsing through the shops for hours. "Alright, that's enough," Alice said coldly, her tone sharp enough to cut steel.
