Tristan glanced at his watch before shifting his gaze to the man before him. Gerald's eyes glowed red, and his fangs dripped with saliva.
"Kill… Kill…" Gerald muttered, his voice low and menacing. In a flash, he lunged.
Tristan moved to dodge, but Gerald's claws still managed to graze his cheek, leaving a thin cut.
Cole, watching from the side, could see that Gerald had lost all sense of reason. He was nothing more than a mindless beast, driven only by the urge to kill. His speed had doubled since their last fight, yet Tristan kept up with him effortlessly.
What unsettled Cole the most was the look in Tristan's eyes—boredom. The Alpha wasn't even trying. He treated the fight like a game.
"Getting tired already?" Tristan asked with a lazy smile as Gerald halted his attack.
"Kill. Kill. Kill." Gerald growled, his body trembling with rage.
Tristan sighed and glanced at his watch. Was Aria back from her grandma's house yet?
