"What did you do?" demanded Cassius, his voice tense and filled with suspicion. He was ready to draw his sword without a moment's hesitation, his sharp eyes darting between Ashok and Karzan, trying to discern the source of the dark liquid streaming from Karzan's eyes.
Ashok, however, remained silent, his silence spoke volumes. He continued to stare at Karzan, his expression inscrutable.
The room was charged with a palpable sense of dread, the black liquid pooling at Karzan's feet as it flowed from his eyes in an unrelenting stream.
The amount of the dense black-colored liquid increased even further, now falling from Karzan's nose, then from his ears. He remained standing like a mannequin, his eyes blankly fixed on Ashok.
"I asked what did you do?" shouted Cassius, his voice edged with caution.
He couldn't understand what was happening to Karzan. The reason for his caution was fear. He was unable to detect any sort of energy movement from Ashok.
