In his groggy consciousness, he heard the sound of swords clashing together and at first, he thought it was a surprise attack by the Three-eyed Ape People.
But when he dashed out of his tent, what he saw was the Beastman soldiers slaughtering each other.

Lion-man Torras screamed,
"The gemstone belongs to us, it must always belong to us!"
Shanon stared, astonished, at the sight before him; these heroes who should have been noble, these Beastmen who naturally valued glory, had begun killing each other over gemstones with blood in their eyes.
