King Dovlo's death had set off yet another huge wave in the already shaky Kingdom.
The King was dead, and so was the Prince.
This kingdom had become rulerless.
"God's punishment! This is God's punishment!"
"Oh, God, the God of all the earth!"
"We have killed His Angel, now punishment will come upon us!"
Logos people were running and weeping on the ground, having never experienced such terrible turmoil since the apocalypse of a thousand years ago.
Crowds gathered at the foot of the high mountain, kneeling and prostrating themselves before God, repenting and confessing their sins, to the point where some fasted or even took their own lives to atone for the sin of killing an Angel.
Everywhere the eye could see were the signs of collapse.
The morals that once held firm were collapsing, as were the laws.
"Why did we have to kill the Angel?!"
Everyone was asking the same question, those who had thrown stones and those who had not, all were asking the same question.
