"Hey there!"
Zhong Niangyao raised her hand, greeting the driver lying on the bed, and watching his evasive demeanor, she couldn't help but be sarcastic, "I don't look that scary, do I? Why do you seem so frightened?"
"I'm not," the driver retorted instinctively, then realizing his reaction might have been too strong, he quickly lowered his voice, his face showing a hint of apology, "I just recognized you as the girl I almost hit, and I feel sorry about that."
"Oh, really?" Zhong Niangyao nodded, "That sounds like you did it on purpose."
"What?" The driver clearly hadn't expected Zhong Niangyao to say that. If it weren't for his broken leg, he probably would have jumped up by now, "What are you talking about? I didn't do it on purpose; it was an accident. I admit it's my fault, my responsibility, but that doesn't mean you can pin it on me."
Han Xin and Lu Fei, standing nearby, were also surprised by Zhong Niangyao's sudden accusation.
