All of a sudden, a figure stepped out of the shadow and saw a masked man wearing a gas mask with a large tool in his hand dripping with dried blood.

Sebastian stared at the screen where the man walks closer to Quinn, who obviously wasn't surprised by the man.
From their interaction, they know each other.
Sebastian watched his brother's dull eyes turn to the masked man with the tool in his hand.
Quinn sneered as he spoke raspily, like he hadn't spoken in days. "Dr. I was starting to think you had forgotten me."
The gas-masked man spoke in a cold, robotic voice, sounding less than human: "Vampire, you must be okay since you have the energy to talk."
The gas mask tilted its head to the side, unidentified if it's a male or female.
"I hope you are prepared for what you will have to endure. I do hope you survive. After all, you are one of my favorite subjects."
The tool in his hand buzzed loudly, producing a buzzing noise.
