ADRIANA'S POV
"Come on, princess. Time to get comfy" Julius mumbled as the car pulled to a stop.
The gag was now loose around my mouth and while it was certainly painful to speak, I could manage to get audible words out thankfully.
Julius immediately wrapped his hand around my arm, pulling me out of the car roughly before I could put up a fight.
It seemed to be a warehouse of some sorts and my mind was reeling, trying to look over my shoulder for Vincenzo but Julius wasn't wasting any time as he pulled me foward.
The moment my feet hit the cold concrete floor of the warehouse, a chill ran down my spine. The place was dimly lit, the flickering overhead lights casting eerie shadows against the metal walls. The faint scent of gasoline, sweat, and something metallic—blood—hung in the air.
