He had thought he could shyly coax her into asking him to bathe with her.
But after being teased by him numerous times, the girl had learned to be wary.
Leon turned awkwardly and went back to the door, looking at the girl who was about to close it, his eyes feigning a pitiful expression, "It's a rare chance, can't we bathe together?"
"You were supposed to go to the hall, weren't you? Go on—off you go," Olivia urged in a soft voice, her small hand waving him away.
"I've thought it over, and it would be so impolite to bump into someone else, I'll pass," Leon said, scratching his head with a sheepish smile.
How could he possibly bathe in a public place? It was one thing when they were forced to make do beside a river while on the run, but if conditions allowed, he certainly didn't want to be an exhibitionist.
