"There are indeed a few patients who managed to escape." Shen Zhen's expression became subtle as she answered Bai Meiyue. Though she didn't say anything, Bai Meiyue understood that the situation at the hospital was not as optimistic as Shen Zhen was trying to make it sound.
Bai Meiyue stared at the woman for a while before asking in a bland voice, "Then do you really want to go back to the hospital and save those people?" After asking this question, even Bai Meiyue felt a bit helpless. She knew that Shen Zhen had a strong sense of duty and she even respected it but she truly couldn't understand why Shen Zhen was so stubborn.
Did she really have to save those people who were stuck in the hospital? They were not worth it if they sent elderly nurses, a young woman who wasn't any older than twenty and a young man along with several kids outside to fend for themselves.
