Ruby did not make any side stops. She already knew the only place Marina could have gone.
And as she walked into the open space, she immediately caught her silhouette.
"I knew you would be here!" She said at the top of her voice, as she ran up to her.
Marina heard Ruby's voice, and lifted her head.
"How did you know?" She asked when Ruby arrived in front of her.
"Your eyes. The pattern. You like water. When our car was arriving, I saw you look at the fountain in awe. It's really beautiful though," she said as she sat beside Marina who had her hand running through the water.
"It's beautiful. The lights add a prettier touch too," she said and followed it up with a pleasant sigh.
The opposite was the case for Ruby who grew serious.
"The beautiful man asked for your whereabouts. Apparently, you two were talking before you ran away," she said.
"Yeah we were. He's so strange, he called me that girl's name too."
"Angel?" Ruby asked.
Marina rolled her eyes. "Yeah her."
