She knew that Ezra was waiting in his office, but she had already sent a message through to Till and received no reply, this coupled with the deserted halls and heavy silence was beginning to put her on edge.
In her anxiety Love had strapped her black katana to her hip and fixed the filtration mask to her lower face. As she walked through the empty corridor towards the training hall she tapped her finger against the hilt of her blade and almost walked headfirst into Captain Hunter.
"Oh, Kit...have you seen Till?" She asked, tilting her head slightly in curiosity at the odd expression of pain that passed over Captain Hunter's face.
Kit glanced around them, and inclined his head down the corridor towards his private training room.
Love raised a delicate eyebrow in surprise but followed him without a word.
