Chapter 205 - Chapter 205: The Situation in Dressrosa Settled

On Vice Admiral Tsuru's warship.

A tall and attractive woman, wearing a Marine cape and holding a large sword, stood guard outside the operating room.

At that moment, the door to the operating room opened, and a doctor removed his mask before speaking immediately.

"Vice Admiral Gion, the surgery was a success. Doflamingo is awake now, but we've already put sea prism stone handcuffs on him."

"Hmm, as long as he's alive. He's quite important right now.

Nine Celestial Dragons died, and one of them was Saint Isred. He's in serious trouble for this."

"For now, place him in the recovery room, but make sure he can't move around." Gion said calmly.

"Yes!"

"Vice Admiral Gion!" a nearby captain responded immediately.

"Vice Admiral Gion, there's something that requires your attention." A messenger arrived at that moment.

"Let's go then." Gion nodded and headed toward a certain room in the cabin.

"Vice Admiral Gion, she's inside." The messenger opened the door, and Gion nodded before stepping in.

Inside was Violet.

Once a high-ranking officer of the Donquixote Family, Violet had now returned to her true identity—Princess Viola, the second daughter of King Riku III and a princess of Dressrosa.

"Princess Viola, is there something you need?" Gion asked directly, getting straight to the point.

"Vice Admiral Gion, I've called you here to share some intel.

One of your Marines, Rear Admiral Vigor, is actually one of the four top executives of the Donquixote Family." Viola reported immediately.

"We already know. Headquarters has already arrested Vigor." Gion responded with a serious expression.

Speaking of this, Gion felt a heavy weight in her heart. The Marines had been infiltrated so badly that it was full of holes.

What made it worse was that Vigor had access to many Marine secrets and had been working toward a clear goal.

The investigation revealed that Vigor's objective was to become the commanding officer of a Marine base in the New World.

If he had succeeded, the worst-case scenario could have been the betrayal of an entire Marine base!

"Huh?"

"You already knew?" Viola was surprised.

"That's right." Gion nodded.

"Then… can I ask about the current situation in Dressrosa? Is my father safe?" Viola asked, voicing her biggest concern.

"Don't worry about that. Vice Admiral Garp is handling Dressrosa, and the remaining officers Doflamingo left behind won't be able to stir up much trouble." Gion answered confidently.

"Vice Admiral Garp?"

"I see… So, when can I return to Dressrosa?" Viola felt a bit more relieved after hearing Garp's name, but she still wanted to go back as soon as possible.

"Don't worry, Princess Viola. Once the situation at Sabaody Archipelago is settled, we will send you back to Dressrosa right away." Gion replied in a calm voice.

"I understand…" Viola responded.

Right now, she was at Sabaody Archipelago, and there were only two ways to enter the New World. Even though she was anxious, she had no choice but to wait for the Marines to take her.

**Dressrosa Kingdom.**

A land once shrouded in darkness had now seen the light of hope.

When the toys turned back into humans, the entire country fell into chaos.

Countless people broke down in tears as they regained memories of their loved ones. But at the same time, their hatred for the Donquixote Family grew even stronger.

Fortunately, the Marines stepped in just in time to maintain order and prevent things from spiraling out of control.

"Vice Admiral Garp, all of the Donquixote Family officers have been captured. What are your orders?" Bogard asked as he approached Garp to report.

The officers Doflamingo left behind in Dressrosa were nothing more than minor threats in the face of Garp and his elite Marines.

The only one among them who was considered one of the four top executives, Diamante, had already been left crippled some time ago.

Against such a weak enemy, there was no need for Garp to step in himself. Bogard led the team and easily captured them all in one go.

Garp casually munched on his rice crackers, looking relaxed as he turned to King Riku and asked, "From here on, we probably don't need the Marines to interfere anymore, right? King Riku, I trust you all can handle the rest on your own."

At this moment, King Riku, Rebecca, and Kyros were all standing beside Garp.

"Well... Vice Admiral Garp, we still need your help to clarify what really happened when Doflamingo took over Dressrosa.

Otherwise, even though I was the former king, the people might not fully trust me.

Also, regarding the next ruler, I hope Rebecca can take the throne. Only if she becomes queen will the people accept it without protest," King Riku said in a serious tone.

Kyros had the same thought. Back then, King Riku had been forced to kill so many civilians because of Doflamingo's ability controlling him.

Even though the truth was now out, the people would still have a hard time accepting it. But if Rebecca became queen, the problem would be much easier to solve.

"Huh???"

"M-Me? Become queen?" Rebecca couldn't believe it.

She had only just reunited with her father and was supposed to be enjoying time with her family. How had things suddenly turned to her becoming queen?

"That's right!"

"Rebecca, for the sake of Dressrosa and to bring stability to the people as soon as possible, you must take the throne," King Riku said with some reluctance.

His granddaughter had never had an easy life.

Ever since Doflamingo took over Dressrosa, Rebecca had grown up in an environment where she was constantly mocked.

But for the sake of the country's stability, King Riku had no choice but to put her in this position.

"But... but I don't know how to be a queen... I..." Rebecca looked up at King Riku, her eyes filled with confusion and anxiety.

"Rebecca, you don't have to worry. Once you become queen, your father, Viola, and I will all be here to support you," King Riku said gently as he stroked his granddaughter's hair.

"I... I understand. I'll do my best to be a good queen for Dressrosa!" Rebecca took a deep breath, and her eyes gradually filled with determination.

"What a wonderful granddaughter..." Garp suddenly felt a little envious.

"Hehehe~~~"

"Vice Admiral Garp, we'll need your help with the national broadcast," King Riku said with a smile.

"Don't worry," Garp nodded seriously. "After all, this was also a failure on the Marines' part. I'll make sure to reassure the people."
