As for what exactly happened on Sirius Island, Macao wasn't entirely sure.

He only heard from members of the Magic Council that during the guild's S-Class promotion exam on Sirius Island, they were attacked by one of the three great dark guilds—Grimoire Heart. However, Fairy Tail successfully repelled their assault.

What truly caused the disappearance of Sirius Island and everyone on it was a terrifying black dragon.

After Sirius Island vanished, the black dragon left.

Upon receiving this news, Macao and the others, together with the Magic Council, had spent the past four days searching the surrounding area, but so far, not a single survivor had been found.

"I didn't expect the real culprit to be the black dragon, Acnologia!"

George flew high above the area where Sirius Island had once been and activated his psychic powers, scanning the area meticulously.

In truth, he didn't hold out much hope that Makarov, Natsu, and the others had survived.

Given Acnologia's immense power, Makarov and the rest didn't stand a chance. Even if the Guild Master had used all his life force to cast Fairy Law, it wouldn't have been enough to stop Acnologia.

Besides, George had already tried using the tracking spell at the guild, and there had been no response.

Even so, he still wanted to search thoroughly. After spending over a year at the guild, he had formed real bonds with Makarov and the others.

"Hmm? This is... Fairy Sphere!?"

A moment later, George's eyes suddenly lit up.

Although he hadn't fully mastered Fairy Sphere, his foundation in time magic gave him a basic understanding of it.

During his recent scan, he had faintly detected traces of Fairy Sphere at the site where Sirius Island used to be.

"Could it be that time was halted using Fairy Sphere?"

Fairy Sphere was a time magic said to offer absolute defense, capable of freezing time in the surrounding area to block any attack.

Perhaps the Guild Master had grasped the use of Fairy Sphere during this time and had used it during the black dragon's assault to protect Sirius Island and everyone on it.

That would also explain why his tracking spells didn't work—because everyone was sealed within Fairy Sphere.

However, several days had already passed, and with the black dragon long gone, why hadn't Makarov lifted the spell? Was there another reason?

After all, George hadn't delved deeply into the study of Fairy Sphere. Perhaps with further research, he could uncover the reason and find a way to dispel it.

If his guess was correct, then the chances of everyone surviving were still quite high.

Returning to the Magic Council's warship, George informed Macao and the others of the situation, which gave them a sliver of hope.

"George, before you left, the Guild Master said that when you returned, you would be the new Guild Master. Now that he and the others are trapped within time magic, you are officially our Guild Master."

"Alright. I'll take on the role of Guild Master, but from now on, Macao, you'll handle the guild's daily affairs. I need to devote all my energy to researching high-level magic so I can rescue the former Guild Master and the others."

George nodded in agreement without hesitation.

The S-Class exam on Sirius Island had involved nearly all of the guild's strongest mages.

Some had been examinees, others had participated as exam proctors. Among the remaining members at the guild, Macao was now the strongest.

Macao was also the most senior mage in the guild aside from Makarov. Although his combat strength wasn't exceptional, he knew every member of the guild well, making him well-suited to handle day-to-day operations.

After having Macao represent Fairy Tail in informing the Magic Council of their plans, George led the remaining guild members back home.

From then on, George's Earthland counterpart fully dedicated himself to researching time magic and Fairy Sphere.

Meanwhile, in the Harry Potter world...

Seated in the classroom, George saw lightning streak across the sky and knew the moment he had been waiting for had arrived. He immediately cast a Disillusionment Charm and quietly slipped out of the room, flying toward the place in the Forbidden Forest where he had buried the potion.

Finding the crystal bottle, he opened it. Sure enough, the potion inside had turned red, a sign that everything had gone smoothly.

With the bottle in hand, he flew beyond the castle's anti-Apparition barrier and Apparated to a pre-prepared, uninhabited area where he had already set up a concealment ward. Drawing his wand and pointing it at his chest, he began to chant:

"Amado, Animo, Animado, Animagus!"

As soon as the incantation was complete, he drank the blood-red potion in one gulp.

The next second, an intense wave of pain erupted from his heart. His heartbeat accelerated to an unbelievable rate, and magical energy surged through his entire body as he began to rapidly expand.

After about half a minute of this overwhelming transformation, his body finally completed the Animagus shift.

"Huff... it's finally done!"

George examined his newly transformed body, his eyes brimming with excitement.

"Just as I thought—I've really become a dragon. And not just any dragon—a dual-attribute dragon."

Indeed, just as he had predicted, due to the Dragon Seed and Dragon Crystal within him, his Animagus transformation had broken through the usual limitation that prevented wizards from becoming magical creatures. He had turned into a true dragon.

However, this dragon wasn't a golden dragon from Middle-earth, nor a fire dragon from the Harry Potter world, nor even a Wood Dragon from the Fairy Tail universe. Instead, it was a hybrid, combining traits from all three.

His body was primarily green, like the Wood Dragon, but he had wings reminiscent of the fire dragons in the Harry Potter world. These wings, however, bore the golden hue unique to the dragons of Middle-earth.

He stood a towering 500 meters tall—larger than both the fire dragon and the magical dragon, but still much smaller than the Wood Dragon.

The Wood Dragon's immense size was largely due to centuries of devouring humans. When it first escaped from the Eastern Continent to the Northern Continent, it likely wasn't nearly that large.

George's form carried two primary attributes: the Wood attribute of the Wood Dragon and the Fire attribute from both the magical and fire dragons.

Or more precisely, he had three attributes. Even in this dragon state, his superpower remained intact—he could still use lightning, though it no longer belonged to the realm of Dragon Slayer Magic.

In this dragon form, he felt an enormous surge in both vitality and magic power. His physical strength had risen to an epic level.

Had he possessed this form when he fought the magical dragon in Middle-earth, he wouldn't have needed help from the three elven princes. Without even using magic, he could have crushed that dragon with sheer brute strength.

Of course, even now, he didn't think he could defeat the Flame Dragon King. In human form, he might have a chance. But in dragon form? He doubted he could win.

This was despite his now immense life force, which greatly amplified the power of Fairy Law, the super magic.

As for the Black Dragon—well, the revolution had not yet succeeded. He still had a long way to go.

The Black Dragon could devour all forms of magic. Even Fairy Law would do no damage to him. Victory would have to come through physical combat—a daunting prospect.

Worse still, the Black Dragon's magic was fully effective against George, while George had no magic immunity or absorption to defend himself.

So, for now, avenging the guild against the Black Dragon was nothing more than a distant dream.
