Chapter 192 - Xenos crash out!!!

The aftermath of the party was bittersweet.

Wiene, despite her attachment to the Hestia Familia, had decided to stay with the Xenos.

She was reluctant, hesitant to part from Bell and the others, but in the end, she understood—her place was with her kind.

With heavy hearts, they said their goodbyes.

And so, the Xenos began their journey, moving from their secret village to a new, safer location.

But then—disaster struck.

The Xenos were traversing the Dungeon's depths when they stumbled upon a horrific sight.

There, broken, bleeding, and barely alive, was one of their own—a female Xenos, her once vibrant form marred by brutal torture.

Her body was covered in deep gashes, her limbs were twisted unnaturally, and iron chains dug into her flesh, still glowing with the residual heat of recent branding.

The marks on her body—searing evidence of sadistic experimentation.

She had been hunted. Tortured. Used as a toy.

By humans.

A guttural growl resonated among the Xenos.

The lizardman's claws dug into the stone beneath him, his fangs bared in fury.

The harpy-like Xenos flared her wings, screeching in rage.

The minotaur Xenos slammed his fists together, the impact shaking the cavern walls.

"Those… bastards!" The lizardman snarled, his reptilian eyes burning with murderous intent.

"This is what they do to us?!" Another Xenos roared, his voice trembling with both grief and rage.

"They will PAY!"

One by one, their anger ignited, their emotions blazing into a singular, destructive purpose.

They would avenge her.

They would make the humans suffer.

They would remind Orario that monsters—no, that the Xenos—were not prey.

The fury of forty Xenos descended upon the town of Rivira like an unstoppable storm.

Adventurers screamed as they were ambushed, their weapons torn from their hands before they were hurled against walls, clawed, and struck down.

The lizardman ripped a heavily armored warrior off his feet, smashing him into the ground like a ragdoll.

The harpy swooped down, her talons raking across a mage's throat, silencing his incantation forever.

The minotaur barreled through a group of fighters, their weapons shattering like glass against his hardened hide.

Blood splattered the cobbled streets.

Panic spread like wildfire.

The Xenos rampaged, their wrath unchecked.

But then—everything stopped.

Space warped.

And in the very center of Rivira, a figure appeared in an instant.

Harry.

His presence alone crushed the air around him.

The moment the Xenos felt his aura, they froze.

The adventurers, some on the brink of death, stared in disbelief.

The sheer weight of his existence demanded silence.

Harry's gaze swept over the carnage.

Then he spoke, his voice calm but absolute.

"That's enough."

The words carried divine authority, cutting through the chaos like a blade.

The Xenos flinched.

Even in their rage, even in their thirst for vengeance, they feared him.

Harry stepped forward, his towering form radiating an overwhelming power that made even the fiercest of monsters tremble.

His gaze fell upon the bloodied Xenos, their eyes still seething with hatred.

"Do you think this will change anything?" He asked, his voice deceptively soft.

The lizardman clenched his fists. "We will make them pay—"

"And then what?" Harry cut him off, taking another step forward. "You think slaughtering adventurers will stop this? Do you think it will bring her peace? Or will it just prove them right? That you're nothing but monsters?"

The words hit deep.

Some Xenos looked away, their fury still present, but now tangled with doubt.

The wounded Xenos groaned softly, her breathing shallow.

Harry exhaled, then reached out a hand.

Divine light enveloped the broken form, mending flesh, restoring strength—undoing the agony that had been forced upon her.

The Xenos watched in awe as their fallen comrade was brought back from the brink of death.

"If you want justice, I'll get you justice," Harry said, his voice now as unwavering as steel.

He turned his head slightly, his eyes flashing with dangerous intent.

"I'll handle the bastards responsible."

With a single thought, Harry warped again.

In the blink of an eye, he stood before his true targets.

The perpetrators.

Dix Perdix and the Ikelos Familia.

They were in their hideout, laughing, drinking—celebrating their latest "hunt."

Dix, the leader, leaned back in his chair, a smug grin on his face as he recounted the "fun" he had breaking the Xenos.

But then—

The room darkened.

The air grew heavy.

A chill of absolute dread crawled up their spines.

Dix looked up.

And saw him.

Harry stood there, silent.

His gaze burned with an intensity that made even the most battle-hardened adventurers tremble.

"W-What the hell? Who—?!"

Dix never got to finish.

Because in the next moment, his soul was ripped from his body.

Screams erupted.

But they weren't normal screams.

They were soul-wrenching wails of pure agony.

Harry didn't simply kill them.

He snatched their very souls.

And then, he cursed them.

Trapped them in an eternal nightmare.

Made every second feel like a week of torment.

Forced them to relive their worst fears, their greatest pain, over and over again.

Dix's eyes bulged as he experienced centuries of agony in mere moments.

His mind snapped.

His body collapsed.

One by one, his entire Familia followed.

Braindead.

Souls shattered.

Justice delivered.

Harry exhaled, his expression cold and unfeeling.

"Hunting season's over."

Then, without another word, he vanished.

Leaving behind only silence.

And the empty husks of those who had once called themselves hunters.

Back in Rivira, the Xenos waited.

Harry returned.

And when they looked into his eyes, they knew.

The ones responsible were gone.

Forever.

No one questioned what had happened.

No one asked for details.

They simply accepted the truth.

The Xenos' revenge had been claimed.

And for the first time in a long time…

They felt safe.

AN: Sorry that I didn't post in the last few days and that this chapter isn't longer. I kind of don't feel 'The Fire' as of recently; I think it's temporary. So, as we go on, it should get better.
