After more than an hour of pursuit, the car finally made it onto a mountain road.
Calling it a mountain road is somewhat misleading, though, as it's really just an asphalt road that had cracked due to years of neglect.
Even so, Qin Tian's off-road vehicle seized the opportunity to show off its speed. As they entered the mountainous forest roads of the north, the many sloping turns allowed Qin Tian to rapidly close the distance, now just a few dozen meters behind Ye Feidao!
At this point, Ye Feidao in front was well aware of the situation behind him and felt incredibly anxious, but there was nothing he could do. If he couldn't shake off Qin Tian before, it was even less likely now.
Logically, after entering the city with its complex road conditions, it should have been easier to lose Qin Tian, but after pondering, Ye Feidao did not head towards the city. Instead, he continued north, quickly leaving Beijing behind.
