"I... I've heard all about it, Brother Axel," said Diego in disbelief. "Is it true that a carriage broke through the gate and barged into the mansion? Just an ordinary carriage?"
"I can hardly believe it either," Axel shook his head and added, "But since both of us have received the message, and with all the noise outside, it seems to be true."
Both brothers immediately looked towards the window beside the corridor and out into the yard, where they could see fully armored knights rushing toward the mansion.
The knights gathered and formed a formation, storming into the mansion as though they were facing a formidable enemy, ready to enter a battlefield. This told the two brothers that something shocking indeed had happened here.
"Let's go and have a look."
"Alright!"
The two brothers immediately charged down the stairs, sprinting all the way until they reached the grand hall on the first floor of the mansion.
