Su Mo felt a sense of urgency as she heard the news and quickly pulled Jiang Yulian toward the house. "What happened?"
"Not long after you left, he started sleeping. At first, I thought he was just tired and didn't pay it much mind, but when I tried to wake him up at noon, I couldn't rouse him," Jiang Yulian nearly couldn't keep up with Su Mo's pace. "Don't be too anxious, though. I checked the child's breath, and he is just sleeping, similar to hibernation."
The group hurried back to the house.
Su Mo let go of Jiang Yulian and entered the children's room.
On the bed, Ling Ye lay quietly under the blanket, and upon closer inspection, one could see the slight rise and fall of his chest.
Su Mo sat by the bed, shook his thin shoulders a few times, and called out, "Ling Ye? Ling Ye! Time to wake up!"
There was no response. Lu Chen pulled Su Mo up, "Don't panic, let me take a look."
