When the Devouring Demon God awoke, the Devouring Demon Emperor, far beyond the ocean's expanse, sensed that ancient breath.
It was terrified.
As one of the seven Demon Emperors, and the largest one at that, it had to venture into the ocean due to its enormous size.
People once joked that the sea was merely its swimming pool.
Everyone assumed that the Devouring Demon Emperor was the largest of the Devouring Demons and the largest demon in the world.
But in fact, the Devouring Demon God, the sea beast once tamed by the God of Music, was far larger than the Devouring Demon Emperor.
Upon coming to the ocean domain, the Emperor felt that breath from the deep sea.
It roamed the seas, only to realize that deep beneath the waves lay a monster, whose single eyeball was even larger than itself.
But that monster never awakened.
For a while, the Devouring Demon Emperor even thought it was dead.
