Just as Morgan was pondering how to deal with these matters, a figure suddenly descended from the sky!
At first glance, Morgan thought it was Sweet, because the Sweatshirt Hero outfit was too conspicuous.
But immediately, he realized something was off; the gear on this Sweatshirt Hero was clearly different from the previous Sweet.
Rats climbed on him and then were flung off, his clothes not affected at all...
Whereas Sweet's suit was made of plastic.
Then, Morgan saw two blades growing out of the Sweatshirt Hero's arm guards.
With a swing of those blades, rats were chopped up as easily as if slicing vegetables!
After helping Robbin out of a tight spot, this figure leapt up and landed among the military forces.
The rat horde was swiftly cleared out, and when a soldier's bullet hit him, Morgan could confirm that this guy was the Sweatshirt Hero!
Because all those bullets were deflected!
Is this guy really in Phoenix?
